Recogí el coche en una oficina y lo devolví en otra. Algunos de los problemas que tuve:
- El check-in online no lo pude hacer, no habia forma de subir la documentacion requerida en la web. Un problema informatico que no pudieron resolver.
- Al devolver el coche, no especificaban donde devolverlo, creo que no hubiera costado mucho dar información más detallada e informar que tenia que llevarse el coche a un parking y una planta especifica.

Problemi a fare il pieno
Problemi a fare il. Pieno alle panda (5 ne ho prese e su 3 il problema) senza travaso di benzina, puzza e soldi buttati. Per il reato é ok.

Irritating experience
I told, I'm fully covered - but person behind the desk didnt want to listen, and tried to up sell one more insurance. I received heavy smokers car. Car wasn't cleaned properly inside. Among rubbish I found powerbank. Not bad at all :-)

Great car, great service
This is my second time witch Locauto. I had a great experience with Locauto, like the first time. The car pick-up and return process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The team was helpful and professional. I would definitely use their service again. In the return process, Riccardo and Elia were very helpful, like the pick-up office in Milano - Corvetto.

Positive: New car, transport form the airport the parking.
Negative: You don’t have a real contact if something goes wrong. I tried to call and ask something about the delivery, and I did not find somebody.
The call center is till 8 pm.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Enterprise / Locauto
Ich versuche seit Juli 2026, diesen Fall zu klären – leider bisher ohne zufriedenstellende Lösung.
Ich habe meinen Mietwagen über Enterprise in Deutschland gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft in Mailand wurde ich jedoch unerwartet von Locauto betreut.
Nach der Rückgabe wurden mir 570 € für einen angeblichen Schaden berechnet, ohne dass ich einen ordentlichen Schadensbericht, Fotos oder ausreichende Nachweise erhalten habe.
Besonders enttäuschend: Meine Kreditkarte wurde ohne vorherige Information mit 570 € belastet.
Ich habe bereits mehrfach Fahrzeuge bei Enterprise gemietet – privat und geschäftlich – und hätte daher deutlich mehr Transparenz und Kundenservice erwartet.
Ich erwarte lediglich eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation des Schadens und eine faire Möglichkeit, die Forderung zu prüfen, bevor eine Kreditkarte belastet wird.
Ich hoffe, dass Enterprise/Locauto den Fall nun endlich klärt und die 570 € zurückerstattet.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich Enterprise/Locauto derzeit leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
