Ricky was very helpful and fast! Gave me some great advice too.

Brilliant service! The locksmith technician arrived quick as advised on the phone. Ivan treated us very with a lot of professionality and took his time to find the best solution for us. He use some special tools and picked the lock in just a few minutes, letting me in. Price was 99£ as he mentioned on arrival. Highly recommend!

Please don’t use this company! Total scammers. ‘John’ turned up and said he couldn’t open the lock, he’d have to drill the lock out and replace the whole lock as it’s a top security lock (which it isn’t). He said it would be £300 to enter the door, then at least £300 to replace lock and this didn’t include labour or VAT. So at least £800 which was a total joke. It felt suspicious so I said I’d get a different quote but I still had to pay the £60 call out fee. I’ve now got a reliable locksmith coming round and it will all cost £80.
I wish I hadn’t panicked and phoned this company without reading the reviews.
The 5 star reviews are obviously all fake.
This company preys on people who are in need. Really sad

Just been sworn at on the phone by these people when I telephoned to cancel them attending my property. Rude and unhelpful- avoid at all costs.

Shameless scammers. This obviously isn't a real company. DON'T USE THEM!

After getting me access into my flat when I locked myself out, they wanted to charge a DISGUSTING amount for access and lock replacement.

There is no address or phone number for the company. Their so-called office is a call centre and they just send you round in circles. This is a con.

My daughter was locked out, late at night while I was 100 miles away. She called them and was quoted from £49 and there was no callout charge. We were expecting around £150 realistically though for drilling a lock and replacing it.

Originally she was told it would be 30 minutes, but it actually took over 1.5 hours to arrive. On arrival, the guy says £125. He first tried drilling out one of the backdoor locks before she stopped him when he told her it would double the price. The lock was already ruined though and I've had to replace it, anyway.

After drilling out the front door lock, he told her the BSI kite mark on the lock meant it was a "high security" lock, so was more expensive and then proceeded to bump the price, telling her it was for VAT and a weekend callout charge. All told, he bumped the price up from the original £125 quoted to £252.

He then left her with the drilled-out lock still in the door and no way to secure the house. Did not replace the lock, just left.

I have now replaced both locks which, due to how badly they were drilled, was quite tricky because the barrels were such a mess.

Avoid this company at all costs, find anyone else with a better rating. They seem to make up the costs as they go and have no clue what they're doing.

Hi I don't want to give at least one star to this company just to put the reviews.this people are totally scammers .we call them yesterday they sent a person he came with all equipments but he is just pretending like doing work but he doesn't know any thing he charges the price price 49 £ .please don't try to call them and book the service with them.i don't recommend at all.

Scam. Don’t use.
It was meant to be 25 minutes , chased after 45 min and it was another 25 min then cancelled and moved to the morning. Quoted £49 plus barrel after explaining the job. Told £150 + vat labour and £160+vat for barrel upon arrival!
When I called the office to challenge it I was called a liar

WARNING - this is a scam!

The price they quoted was inflated by 20 times when the bill came. But worse than that, they charged me for a high security lock, and only installed a basic one. I now need to pay for a new lock.

My wife got locked out of our house at night when I was out of town. She got this locksmith from Google and called the number. On the phone they said they can pick the lock and it will be ~£150.

When they got to the house they claimed they couldn't pick the lock and had to drill and replace it. She asked them for a price but they kept saying they can't tell without looking inside.

Once they replaced the lock the bill came to £960. She felt intimidated and was asked to sign an invoice that said she agreed to the price before the work was done and was forced to pay on the spot.

This company is a gigantic scam. All of these positive reviews are fake. The only real review is from the other person who said they were similarly scammed.
