Hey Danielle,

We’re sorry to hear your first experience with us hasn’t been what you hoped for.

Because our underwear comes into direct contact with the body, it’s treated as a hygiene product. That’s why we can’t accept returns once the seal has been broken, as stated in our Exchange and Return Policy and on the seal itself. This way, every customer can be sure they receive a brand new product.

We know how frustrating it is when something doesn’t fit, which is exactly why we offer a fit guarantee on your first order. You can exchange your items once for a different size or style, and there’s no need to send back the items that don’t fit. You only pay £6.95 for the shipping of your new items. We also understand the delivery time felt long. We ship orders directly from our stock without an extra warehouse step, which reduces unnecessary transport but does mean waiting a little longer.

We’d really love the chance to help you find a fit that works for you. If you change your mind, just send us an email and we’ll make the exchange as easy as possible.

Hey Cadence,

Thank you for taking the time to share such honest and detailed feedback. We're glad the styles feel comfortable and that the ordering and delivery went smoothly.

We're sorry to hear the absorbent area didn't sit far enough forward for you. Every body is different, and we have several styles where the absorbent layer extends further to the front, which may suit you better. If you'd like, send us an email and we'll gladly help you find a style that works for your body.

Thank you as well for your feedback on the side seam and the bikini top padding. We've shared this with our product team, as comments like yours really help us improve our designs.

Hey,

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback! It’s great to hear we managed to win you over on comfort and absorbency, especially since you were unsure at first.

We’re sorry the delivery took longer than you expected. Because we send orders straight from our stock to our customers, without an extra warehouse in between, we keep unnecessary transport to a minimum. The downside is a slightly longer delivery time, which we know isn’t always ideal.

Your suggestions about lighter colours and a way to secure the extra layer are really helpful, and we’ve shared them with our product team. A small tip for drying: hanging the pants with the gusset facing outwards somewhere with good airflow helps the absorbent layers dry faster, which can make a real difference in winter.

Hey,

Thank you for your review! We're glad you're happy with the quality so far, and we hope your new size fits perfectly once it arrives.

Thanks also for your patience with the delivery. We ship orders directly from our stock to our customers without an extra warehouse step in between, which helps us cut down on unnecessary transport. It does mean delivery takes a little longer, so we're glad the tracking helped you keep an eye on your parcel along the way.

We'd love to hear how you get on once you've had the chance to try them!

Hey Nicole,

Thank you for your review! We're so glad the swimsuit fits well, and we completely understand that finding the right size for a growing girl isn't always easy.

Because our period swimwear comes into direct contact with the body, it's treated as a hygiene product. That's why we can't accept returns once the seal has been broken, so every customer can be sure they're receiving a brand new item. To still give you peace of mind, we offer a fit guarantee on your first order, which allows you to exchange once for a different size if the fit isn't right.

If you're ever unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to send us an email. We're always happy to help you choose the best size for your daughter.

Hey,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you. We’d like to clear up a few things.

Since the seal on your order is still intact, we can absolutely accept your return. The offer you received was simply an alternative, so you wouldn’t have to send the package back yourself. You’re completely free to decline it and return your order instead.

Please keep in mind that our return centre is located in the Netherlands, so the return shipping costs from the UK can be quite high. As stated in our Exchange and Return Policy, these costs are covered by the customer.

If you’d like to go ahead with the return, simply reply to our email and let us know. We’ll then send you the return instructions straight away.

As for the reviews, Trustpilot is an open platform where we have no way of removing or influencing what customers share. Every review, positive or negative, stays visible.
