Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you. We’d like to clear up a few things.

Since the seal on your order is still intact, we can absolutely accept your return. The offer you received was simply an alternative, so you wouldn’t have to send the package back yourself. You’re completely free to decline it and return your order instead.

Please keep in mind that our return centre is located in the Netherlands, so the return shipping costs from the UK can be quite high. As stated in our Exchange and Return Policy, these costs are covered by the customer.

If you’d like to go ahead with the return, simply reply to our email and let us know. We’ll then send you the return instructions straight away.

As for the reviews, Trustpilot is an open platform where we have no way of removing or influencing what customers share. Every review, positive or negative, stays visible.

Thanks as well for your feedback on the drying time. Because of the absorbent layers, the gusset naturally takes a little longer to dry than regular underwear. A good tip is to hang them up with the gusset turned outwards, somewhere with good airflow. Please avoid the tumble dryer, as this can damage the absorbent layers.

As for delivery, we ship orders directly from our stock to our customers, without an extra warehouse step in between. This helps us keep unnecessary transport to a minimum, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer. We're always looking at ways to get orders to you faster.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had this experience, and we’d like to clear up a few points.

As stated in our exchange and return policy, and on the seal itself, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken. Because period underwear comes into direct contact with the most intimate parts of the body, we treat it as a hygiene product. This policy is in place so every customer can be sure that what they receive is brand new and has never been worn by someone else.

We’d also like to be clear that we don’t do dropshipping. With dropshipping, orders are sent directly from random suppliers to the customer, without any control over quality, materials or certifications. That’s not how we work. Our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear available today. Instead of shipping our stock to warehouses in different countries and sending each order on from there, we store it right next to our factory and ship directly to our customers. We’ve chosen this deliberately to avoid unnecessary transport steps and keep the environmental footprint of our distribution as low as possible.

Our return centre, however, isn’t located in China but in the Netherlands. For size exchanges under our fit guarantee, you don’t pay any return costs. You only pay the shipping cost of the new item, which is £6.95
