We're sorry to hear you're so disappointed, and we'd like to explain how this works.

Asking for a photo is part of our standard return process. Because our underwear is a hygiene product, we need to make sure the seal is still intact and undamaged before we can accept a return. As stated in our Exchange and Return Policy, once the seal of a package has been opened, a return is no longer possible.

We carefully reviewed the photos you sent us. Unfortunately, they clearly show that the seal on one of the two packages has already been broken, which means we're unable to accept this return.

We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for. If the issue is the fit, we're happy to look into what's possible under our Fit Guarantee. Feel free to reply to our email and we'll gladly help you further.
