I purchased these for my 13, now 14 year old daughter. She was nervous, I was excited!
I could see the potential, she worried about something new. So, I purchased two pairs and quietly left them in her laundry pile.
She decided to try them with her normal small pads to decide how she felt about the pants themselves, now she's ready to trust them so I purchased two more pairs.

Great product - nice range of colours and styles, really helpful customer service

I love how the pants feel and that they keep me feeling dry throughout the day. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the fit around the front of my legs. They feel tight across the top of my thigh at the front. If you could fix that then it would be 5 stars.

This review is based upon prompt customer service- I cannot comment on product functionality yet as have not used. I ordered the boxer period pants (I have previously used M&S period pants which work well but don’t have boxer short option which I like for its anti-chaffing effect). I ordered XL size guide recommended as uk 12-14 size however the boxers are too large around the waist. I immediately contacted lunas (loeah rebranding) and received email response in under 24 hours. Under their fit guarantee they will send me out replacement underwear in different size (I just have to pay £5.95 postage- or free if I do this review for discount code). I have been impressed with their prompt email customers service. The products appear well made but I cannot comment on how they actually work during a period.

Items look well made and nice and soft . Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my granddaughter but they are going to be replaced with the correct size with no hassle and in timely manner

I ordered my Luna briefs during a promotional offer - it was very successful, and as a result the delivery was delayed. I tried on one pair over my underwear and the size seemed right, but when I came to actually use them (a month later than expected), I realised the fit wasn't secure. I explained this to customer services (because my return request fell outside of the stated time period) and they have honoured their fit guarantee to send replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I wear them comfortably and after the first wear, I feel completely safe to wear them out and about and know that I'm not going to leak. They feel dry when wearing them. I'd love a bikini version!

They’re incredibly comfortable, easy to wear, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I preferred them to my usual period products. I wish I’d discovered them sooner!

Despite asking for a refund multiple times due to faulty underwear with holes, this company refuses to offer refunds. Instead I get the same robotic replies that because it’s a hygiene product they can’t give refunds - which legally is irrelevant considering the item is faulty. It’s been such a frustrating experience. They keep offering replacements but at this point I just want my money back, but I will never get it from this company. Their customer service is dreadful. Buy period underwear elsewhere and avoid this company.

Tracking updates regularly so there was no wondering where the underwear was. Took a while to arrive but that is communicated on the website. The fit guarantee is amazing. Knowing that as it’s the first time ordering if it’s not correct I can get the next size that will fit me better. They try to take away the uncertainty of trying to guess what the fit will be like, acknowledging everyone has different preferences to how they want their period underwear to fit.
Customer service really helpful and prompt. Clear advice on what to do once the underwear has arrived and how to wash etc. All communicated at the same time my items were delivered.

Be very careful when ordering from Lunã (who appear to be rebranding as Loeah). Their sizing chart is fundamentally misleading. They map a UK 8–10 to a Medium, but the actual measurements listed for Medium (waist 29–31", hips 38–40") are a standard UK 12–14 across high-street brands.

​When you try to return them, you discover they operate out of the Netherlands. To use their "Fit Guarantee" to swap sizes, you have to pay £6.95. If you want a standard return, you are forced to pay expensive international postage yourself to ship them back to Holland. When I pointed out that the product was mislabelled according to UK sizing standards, customer support refused to issue a full refund or provide a prepaid return label, leaving me to accept a 50% partial refund just to avoid paying international postage.

​Now that I have had to keep the items and could actually try them on, the fit is completely awful. The pants are massive, and the gusset is absurdly wide for a UK 8–10, causing thick, uncomfortable bulking between your legs that makes them unwearable underneath normal clothes.

​To make matters worse, they run deceptive social media ads featuring "independent" brand comparison accounts that rank their own product as #1 — ads that are now running under their new brand name, Loeah.

​There is a reason Vinted is currently flooded with people trying to get rid of these brand-new, mis-sized pants. Avoid the hassle and stick to reliable UK-based brands with realistic sizing!

Update: The brand’s response proves the point. If you put "UK 8–10" directly in a column on your size chart, it IS mapping to UK sizing, you cannot list a UK size equivalent and then blame customers for trusting it. Furthermore, telling customers they are "free to return for a full refund" ignores the fact that UK buyers must pay £10+ in international shipping to Holland to return unopened items caused by their inaccurate chart. Stand by my warning: look elsewhere.

So far customer service has been prompt and helpful. I had to exchange my first order for my daughter as they were too big and all has gone according to plan within the terms on the website. The quality of the underwear looks excellent and I will review again once we receive the new size and once they have been tested.

I am delighted with my Luna pants for the design as I find them very comfortable.
There are two things you could improve on for me.
1: I do not need the absorbency layer to go all up the back. It makes the pants bulky and it does feel like wearing a nappy. I am old but I am not incontinent. I want access in my size (5x and 6x) to light absorbency. I want feminine.
2: I want lace and I want colour choices too.
If you do this you will have the perfect product. 😀👍

Don't even bother, overpriced and disguised as a special offer, even with special offer still overpriced. Then waiting times are over 10 days, they don't ship it as you order it, they ship it when minimum number of orders is reached. So that's really long. You could order from far on this planet and receive it faster than this.
Then, when finally it reached UK courier, I get notification address is incorrect and items will be sent back to sender. That's another 10 days, isn't it? and how long to process my refund? So 3 weeks later no products and no money back, why would anyone subject themselves to this proor experience.
Customer service unhelpful as well. How could address be wrong when I ordered online for years and never had an issue with wrong address to the point where Royal Mail will refuse delivery. It's not like the postman could not find the building, it's an issue with not even sending it out for delivery in the first place, so something has gone massively wrong at their end. And I'm the one being inconvenienced. Hope this helps others looking to order

I got a new email pretending it was MY fault for non-delivery, something along the lines "maybe I wasn't at home". Well Luna, you got some nerve to write this nonsense. Why send a generic email when you know very well the tracking shows it was undeliverable due to incorrect details.
"Incorrectly addressed. returned to sender, GB"

And I already emailed you several times, don't come posting here pretending you are helpful, I had no reply to my previous emails and not wasting more time, I opened a case for refund.

The customer service is incredible! They stuck with their size promise for first time ordering. My daughter says they are comfortable.

The underwear is very well made, soft and comfortable. The first pair I received was not quite the right fit and the Lunã customer service was impeccable helping me choose a suitable pair and getting rhe replacement organised!

Lovely product but unfortunately were too big for me on arrival. I contacted them to ask about returning the unopened pack but they quickly responded to highlight their fit guarantee and will be replacing all pairs and I dont need to spend time or money returning them. I will be telling all my female friends!

Comfortable underwear and good absorption.
Although I didn’t feel it was great for keeping smells locked in.

On 7 September I ordered 8 items from Lunã. They all arrived together in a single sealed bag. When I asked to return two items, I was told that opening the bag had broken the "hygiene seal", so I couldn't return any of the items.

This is a packaging choice made by Lunã, not the customer. Other period underwear, swimwear and lingerie brands seal each item individually, so you can still check one item without losing the right to return the rest. With Lunã, you can't even open your order to see what's inside without being told you have no right to return it.

I wanted to return two items because of the materials used. I chose my products based on the materials, but the product pages don't say what each item is actually made from. They link to a general page that lists many materials, and none of them match the item I received. Its care label says 100% polyester, which I wouldn't have bought if the page had said so.

There is no UK address or UK contact for the company, and my concerns have not been properly dealt with.

Before you buy, know that opening your delivery will automatically cost you the right to return any item. I'd avoid this company until they seal items individually and list materials accurately for each product.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering the period pants without knowing if they would be a good fit for me, so was happy to read about their fit guarantee. I went ahead and ordered 2 pairs, the lace brief and the hipsters.
The lace briefs are a great fit, and I really like how ‘secure’ I feel in these. Unfortunately, I just did not like the fit of the hipsters on me and got in contact with customer services. Hazel, Kasandra and Josephine have been amazingly helpful in making sure I got the right replacement, even going above and beyond by suggesting they send me the pictures of the 2 different styles I was thinking of replacing with, and then sending me all the various measurements for both.
Yes, it has taken longer but I can’t fault that when they have taken the time to make sure I am getting the right fit for me.
On top of this amazing service, they have said they don’t need me to return the pants, and I can pass onto someone else or donate to charity.
I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family, and will be back to buy more. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
