I made a purchase a week ago ano never received a confirmation email expected delivery date or anything. The payment came out of my bank account though 🙄

I recently sold my first item on Lofty. The entire process was simple, clear and actually fun. Every step of the process is documented by email, so there were never any unanswered questions. The item I sold was a small drawing, so it was easy for me to pack it for shipping. Lofty sent me a DHL shipping label and the package went to the buyer in Italy in just two days. The buyer approved the item in a couple of days, and I had my check a few days after that.

I would use Lofty again, and I recommend them to anyone looking for an easy way to sell artwork.

Great experience using Lofty. My painting took a while to sell, but I stuck with it and was able to recover the cost of the painting plus some. Communication was excellent. I'd use them again.

Lofty provided me the opportunity to add to a collection of paintings from a favorite artist. I love the piece and purchased it for a price that was far below what I would have paid at a gallery. As important, the communication with Lofty regarding condition, delivery and other details was superb. They provide that high level of comfort that is so important when making an expensive purchase. I recommend them without qualification.

I had a wonderful experience working with the Lofty team. We got an initial offer on our artwork and, knowing absolutely nothing about our piece, asked for advice on the price being offered. They were great at explaining everything and in the end we decided to hold off on selling. Several months later we received another offer and again received solid advice. We ended up selling and the transaction couldn't have gone smoother.

I sold 2 photographs from my collection through Lofty. They were right on with their appraisals and I was paid after the sale as promised. I was apprehensive with their business model at first. It felt odd to drop my pieces off at FedEx in exchange for a receipt from Loftty. After 2 sales, that were handled flawlessly, I would highly recommend Lofty and I intend on listing more of my collection with them.

Walking us through the process of listing, submitting photographs and then shipping our sold pieces to purchasers, Lofty representatives have been exceptional. Each person with whom I've exchanged communication, has been patient and very helpful. BEST of all... they've sold every piece we have listed so far! Pricing is fair to all involved. We highly recommend the Lofty group!!
