Fantastic service from Jen and Anaya at Lola’s Brent Cross!
I would like to leave a wonderful review for Jen and Anaya for their outstanding service. From the moment I placed the order, they were so helpful and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully made for my daughter’s leaving party.
Thank you both for making the experience so smooth and special. I would highly recommend Lola’s Brent Cross!

The cake was good but it was too crumbly. It was not possible to cut any actual slices, I had to serve portions with a spoon. Won't reorder that one

Hi Cristina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback about your recent order with us.
It is great to hear that our Gluten Free Vegan Fudge cake tasted great and we are sorry to hear that you found the cake to be too crumbly.
We would like to assure you that all of our products are made from scratch and handcrafted by our bakery team, who take great pride in using high-quality ingredients to create fresh cakes and cupcakes baked for the date of delivery.
So that we can improve our service going forward, could you please send us over an email at hello@lolascupcakes.com with more details about your order so we can log this with our bakery and look into this further for you.
Kind regards,
Mahir
Great Fresh Berry Cake
Relatively easy ordering process and collection. Actual Fresh Berry Cake and cupcakes were delicious and went down so well at mum’s birthday.

Love the cakes from lola, on time and as good as ever everytime. The online order process is simple and they cater to personalisation. The customer service at pick up could be better ( BrentCross for me) otherwise a perfect 9 for me.

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent order with us.
I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that your cake came with no birthday message.
After checking the order details, the cake was made exactly to the specifications received, and unfortunately no personalised birthday message was added to the order. Messages can be added in the personalisation section on the product page before adding the item to the basket.
If you would like to discuss your feedback with us any further please do not hesitate to contact us directly at hello@lolascupcakes.com.
Best wishes,

Ordered a cake from Lola's Brentcross…
Ordered a cake from Lola's Brentcross it was a fresh cream cake unfortunately had some feed back that it was too dense and over creamed. Just left feedback with customer service, they took the advise and said they would pass the message to the store for further orders. Unfortunately will not be ordering from Lolas again.
