We had the BEST experience possible with Matt. Buying a house/flat is quite a stressful process but from the beginning to the end, Matt was incredible. He was always on the end of a phone call to clarify anything, he took the time to talk us through the process, he was so professional but also friendly. He definitely made the whole process a lot easier for us, and helped us feeling more confident. We can't recommend him enough, and we'll definitely use him again.
