I waited over a month for my items to turn up and when they did they were shocking quality. Cheap material and complete printed design (not stitched).
You can buy these products on Amazon, and Temu etc for a fraction of the price, and with the correct description of what they actually are!
To be fair to the company, when I emailed asking where my order was, they replied rather quickly, but the answers were very vague and not helpful really, just kept telling me that I should receive my item soon. You can track your items, but the tracking information is not helpful and again very vague.
The refund process is also odd. You have to email them and request a return slip, then YOU have to arrange for the parcel to be returned with a courier of your choice (so an additional cost from your pocket).
I am waiting for there response, but after reading some other reviews I won't hold my breath!

this company effectively refuses to issue a refund by making you responsible for the shipping back to China. Quality is beyond terrible, a "winter" dress is so thin I would be cold in summer. stay away.

I ordered a jumper from their website. It looked really nice. When it arrived it was the wrong jumper and the quality was not what was advertised. I asked for a refund. Although the customer service responded quickly, I was asked to return it to an address in China. I spend around £45 paying for the jumper and they made me pay £22 to send it back. I am now £23 out of pocket for nothing! I asked if I could send it to an address in the UK and they said no. Shameful!

This company is the most fraudulent company I have ever seen. I ordered things since first week of November 2024 and I can tell you that till now, nothing has changed. I wish I had seen all these comments before I patronised them but we move. At last the item came on the 23rd of December but its quite unfortunate that its a total waste of money. What was advertised was not what i received.

Ordered a rather nice looking quarter zip top fleece from this company. Thought I was getting myself a bargain seeing the discounted offer.
Upon receipt of a very long delivery I can only describe the garment as sub £10 fancy dress quality. Didn't even want to try the item on from fear the horrendous stitching would fray and void any chance of a refund... The next hilarious chapter.

Upon contacting the company they have replied promptly (a well rehearsed complaints team I can imagine), but have not provided a reasonable solution. Returning the item back to China at the buyers own expense is the best they offer in getting your full money back.
Would highly recommend avoiding this company. Unless the item you see is for a one time use only or you are a regular commuter to China and can drop the return off with ease.
Pleasant enough customer service on the plus side. Shame they have such a terrible hand to play every day

Very very bad company. I almost did notget my refund aswell as never getting my products. these people are scammers avoid at all costs.

Like so many others I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Goods received after one month, but poor quality and not worth returning to China. Waste of money. Avoid!!!

These are scammers . I should have known and regret dealing with them .

i had met them on instgram advert and then went on to purchase a jacket. it took 3 weeks to get back to me. I had to chase them to get it processed faster. when it got to me it was a different colour. i asked for a refund and I was told I would pay for it to be sent back to China. On their website it says they are in Manchester, hence my reason for doing a deal with them.
You can't return an item and they will make you pay for it to discourage you from returning it. Thwarts!!

This a company took £59.95 after I purchased a jacket (puffer) it make me wait 1 month also send a different item from what I have order different colour and also 2 size smaller I advice people not to purchase anything from this company is a waste of time and money that’s all I wanted to say. Very disappointed ☹️

Firstly no one should order anything from this website. It's all fake. Unfortunately what i saw on their website is deceiving. I wish i looked at the other reviews before hand. I ordered a 'luxury' jacket and after one month and a half of waiting, what i received was something no one could wear. Absolute rubbish. First of all on their website they lied that they are based in Manchester UK when they are somewhere in China. Don't waste your money here, you will end up regretting like me.

I ordered via facebook ad. Been waiting a month now with no items. When i contacted them vi ebay turns out there not from Manchester but china. They told me production issues and to wait 15 more days. I have no started a charge back with the bank. AVOID

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Still not received items. They claim to be located in Manchester but items being shipped from China. No telephone number provided. Have contacted bank to claim back payment. Other reviews indicate goods are substandard and nothing like advertised. Steer clear

Please don’t buy from this seed company that are fraud very poor quality iteam and poor customer services I ask for refund they told me it’s my responsibility to send back the item and the offer me 15% money back products from China

Please please please don't order from this company. The item is shipped from China, it look 25 days to arrive and the jumper looks nothing like the picture. It's an absolutely con. The jumper is probably worth around £5-8 but they price tag they put on it is over quadruple but they make you believe you're having a HUGE discount by saying it's reduced from £79.95 to £39.95. I'm so disappointed in myself that I didn't read the reviews before ordering. It's one big scam, I'm out of pocket with a very cheap looking jumper :-(!

Receive today after 1 month of delivery and it is the worst quality jumper I’ve ever received. Wouldn’t wear it if it was free. It’s like squeaky material - really thin and nothing like the photos.
I’ve emailed for a return and full refund…let’s see if I even get a response. Reviews are not filling me with hope

Do not buy from here. The quality of the items is terrible compared to on line pictures. And you have to ship item back to Asia which cost most of the item price. Zero help from customer service to. Stay well away. Con website

I purchased a £40 jumper as a birthday present, believing this was a Manchester based business. Upon paying for my order, it soon came to light that the item was shipped from china.

I say ‘shipped’ lightly, as it has been 15 days and the item has still not even left them. They state 7-15 days delivery time maximum.

I have attempted to contact them for a full refund via their online form, as expected I have yet to receive a response. I then came to look at the reviews and can see this has happened to many people!!

This is an expensive lesson for me to learn so close to Christmas! I should have checked reviews before purchasing.

As per every other review, DO NOT ORDER from this company. Everything about it is a lie.

I will be taking this further and reporting the business/scam through the appropriate channels.
