No updates available after contact form being completed with query, poor service.

I bought a jacket from them which I didn’t quite like but they easily replaced it with the one I liked.

The jacket I recieved was not the one i ordered online. Yes, it was black but it was a completely different brand.
Advertised as a Manchester based company, I am now expected to pay for the item to be returned to China. The cost of this is nearly half the price of the jacket.
Absoulute shambles of a company, poor quality items sold and a bunch of robbing bastards.
I urge people never to order from this company.

I wish i could upload a photo of this totally useless item of clothing. A sweater with a logo that has been ironed onto it, thus melting the fabric. Now a black sweater with a 6 inch square grey patch on the front. took 2 weeks to arrive and i can't even be bothered to return it all the way to china. Just binned it.
Take some advice, do NOT buy anything from this rip off, rubbish company. Lesson learned.

Would never order from this company again, returned my items to china almost a month ago and am still yet to receive a refund. I just keep getting fobbed off with emails saying it hasn’t been received when my racking details say something different. I’m usually quite savvy when it comes to shopping online and can tell a dodgy one but this one fooled me. Poor quality clothing that look nothing like the image.

Awful purchase. Took an eternity to arrive.
Product is nothing like the fit shown and the colour is miles off the photos.

Have spotted the same product images for other brands since.

Cheap, and mass produced in China for pennies I’d imagine.

Whoever has my £50, enjoy, hope it serves you well. The jumper I ordered that clearly cost £0.03 to make, has not. The wider web needs to regulate this better. With all the tech and modern way of the world… shocking. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I bought two items from this company which claimed to be in Manchester but never knew it's a lie! It took 3 weeks to receive items from Manchester.....The qualities of what I ordered were poor and I have requested for a refund form but I am yet to receive any response. I paid one item using Klarna, I will report it to Klarna. I regret buying from them.

The product I received was nothing like what was advertised I requested a return 2 weeks later and multiple emails sent by myself I still have heard, £39.99 lost very unhappy with awful customer service

This company is a complete con! I cannot believe I got suckered into buying their garments. The quality is beyond disgusting. The sizes were completely different, even though I order the same sizes.
I'm not receiving any response from their apparently amazing customer service to organise a refund.
Whatever you do.
Don't trust this website. It should be removed!
National Cyber Security Centre have been notified of this scamming website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, if I could give it no stars at all , I would have done. It is not in Manchester it is in China!
I paid £39.95 for a cardigan which you would have thought was made of wool or at least knitted.No it is made out of cheap sweatshirt material with the pattern printed on top and is absolutely huge. I can supply photographs if necessary.
I cannot get a response from the company to return the item , I am absolutely fuming🤬😡!!

Don’t waste your money, the item I received is nothing like the image advertised.

It looks like a Cosy cardigan but you end up with an off colour fleece like item.

Save your money and the headache

This is a fake store, I bought sandals, they said they would be shipped from Manchester but they were shipped from China and now I want a refund but they are not responding. Sandals are nothing like the picture. I can’t even find the sandals on their website anymore,

This company don’t even deserve one star! That item advertised was nothing like what I received, quality and fit was absolutely shocking! I had to email twice to get a response about returning the item, and when I did not attend the return being to Manchester, it was in fact to China at my expense!
I’m not sure how this company is getting any more than one star review and can only think that like the website the reviews are made up by people who work for them.

Claim to be Manchester based but shipped from overseas.

No return process. You can fill in a contact form if you want to be totally ignored with no other way of reaching them.

The items I actually received were nothing like the advert.

Absolute scam. Don't buy from this site. Return to china which is more expensive than the item you bought.

SCAM: please don’t order from this company! They advertise as Manchester but when you try and return and item if has to be sent to China! They the offer you 25% of your balance and not to return the item! They are extremely unhelpful! Speaking to trading standards in regards to the issue

Dreadful quality and no way you can contact them. AVOID. The cuff of the coat I bought was stitched so badly to the lining that it wouldn’t hang properly, the material is NOT waterproof. Lousy company with awful merchandise-DON’T USE!!

Poor quality goods and having contacted them several times to request the refund no response!
