Never received item 14 days quoted...had a case with PayPal and they found in favor of sellers because they had a picture of the bar code...and nothing else... could have gone anywhere was duped into the sellers were in Manchester..how wrong I was....it's in china

Purchased pair of shoes at £39.95. Very poor quality so I contacted company to arrange return. I had to return from UK to Netherlands via international tracked and signed at a further cost of 16.00. Arrived with Louvico, who refused to accept. This company is running a scam. Do not use them.

Garments are shoddily and cheaply made. Didn't even bother unpacking 2 items, after seeing quality of the 2 I did open. I request FREE RETURNS label as stated on the webpage - "HASSEL FREE RETURNS". I never order on line unless the Company states Free Returns.
I thought I was ordering from Manchester not China!
However, Luvico Manchester offerred me 30% off to keep the garments. I refused, they then offerred me 40% off again I refused, the garments are not worth having even free, they are so bad.
I have now asked my bank to do a Charge Back and I now have to fill in a dispute form as I am not confident that a refund will be processed. I wish I had found this Trustpilot site prior to ordering and I would have given them a wide berth. I will be contacting Trading Standards, if I do not receive my FREE RETURNS LABEL.

I ordered goods they did arrive late, I tried to get a refund form from them with no form arriving, I sent goods back to uk address no refund I sent message to company who stated that pay pal were dealing with it no response from PayPal.

I received faulty goods and after the company trying to negotiate a discount for me to keep the item which I refused, they confirmed I would receive a refund in full. The refund showed as pending for 9 days on my Paypal account and I then received an email from Paypal advising the refund had failed and I needed to contact the company about this.

This company uses Chinese supplier drop ship model. Whilst this is fine in theory, it means that the shipping time is more like 1 month and the products themselves are really poor quality, both in material, size and fitting. I ordered quite a number of items from them, around £200 in total and would like to keep 1 item... The rest either don't fit or are terrible quality. They don't have a standard returns procedure and ask you to email them. They don't respond to emails. My thoughts are you cant actually return anything as its drop ship and you are left paying for stuff you don't want. Its a con business really, so I would avoid at all costs. Expensive lesson learned.

Absolutely awful. Took forever to arrive. Ordered on 31st July and arrived 19th August. The sandals are a completely different colour to the pictures and are made of a cheap nasty plastic. Very poor quality.

Do not purchase from this company. They misslead you on the website that it is a UK company. They are actually in China.
I place order 10 days ago and still not received.
So be very careful placing order with them. Sent dozen emails and no reply.

Placed an order on 23rd July with 7-14 day delivery stipulated! This has now been exceeded and despite numerous attempts to contact the seller - zero response which is very disappointing!!

Het heeft 3 maanden geduurd dat mijn bestelling is geleverd. Ik had de moed al opgegeven . De klantenservice werkt erg traag, en niet accuraat

Gekregen waar ik om gevraagd heb. Staat ook bijzonder leuk. Xx

Stoer kinder set.
Het is een geweldig setje. Het stoere kinder setje zag er uit zoals het op de foto staat weer gegeven. Het is een goede kwaliteit. De personen aan wie ik het cadeau heb gegeven vonden het erg leuk en waren er heel blij mee.

Ik heb 2 coltruien besteld en ontvangen. Helaas niet van de kwaliteit en pasvorm die ik verwachtte. Voor de retourzending moet je een mail sturen, dit heb ik al 3 keer gedaan en helaas nog geen reactie ontvangen. Hoop dat het snel geregeld kan worden.

Wij kochten een led halsband voor de hond met tracker voor €19,95. Na veel tussenstops op de trackinghistory, melde men dat het pakje geleverd was, om in hetzelfde bericht te melden dat het niet geleverd kon worden wegens onvoldoende gegevens. Dit terwijl mijn adres correct is vermeld! Tevens vraagt men op de “button below” te klikken…..maar die is er niet. Via e-mail naar louvico geen reactie.
UPDATE : ondertussen nam'Louvico contact en zorgde met een andere courier voor de levering. Duurde een tijdje maar uiteindelijk geleverd. Mooie klantenservice van Louvico

Al meerdere bestellingen gedaan en elke keer is het gewoon goed, een keer een probleempje gehad en ook dit werd gelijk opgelost👌
