Cant say anything about the cot. It is still in the box, as it is my gift to the expectant parents.
As for the service received, It went smoothly and the cot was delivered very promptly. I am sure they will be happy with it as it was chosen by them.

We had an issue with a cot we brought…
We had an issue with a cot we brought after the exchange day and the customer service team went out of their way to help us resolve it, at no cost. This was way above the service you’d get from the companies who would be very rigid on the 30 days.
Recommend this company, great products but also great customer service and care after having brought items.

Good product and fast delivery
The only shop selling junior beds in 160x80! Fast delivery and good quality, the bed is low enough for my toddler to get in and out independently. The only drawback is that they don't sell matching mattresses, bedding etc. which we had to get from elsewhere (and not easy to find).

I have ordered a cot bed from this…
I have ordered a cot bed from this company having heard good reviews however when unpacked realised they did not send the mattress.
I called which had wait over an hour for someone to answer, and the service which I received was awful, very rude on the phone, I asked to speak to the manager which she refused to
At the end of the call all she said is that someone will email you within for working days to resolve issue and cut the phone off.
Very awful service, rude customer service, don’t get stuck avoid this place!!!!!!!!!

The crib has a strong smell of…
The crib has a strong smell of formaldehyde. It has been three weeks and it still hasn't gone away. There is a pungent smell everywhere in the room. Very disappointed with this baby product, already packed, can we return it?

The cot advertised as being made out of…
The cot advertised as being made out of pine. We bought it because we wanted to avoid MDF. However, it seems it is only partially made from pine with other sections being made of MDF. We were very disappointed in this.

My daughter has two Jacobs Cots for her twins - a well designed high quality product and good value as they can be used for a few years to come as cot beds with the wooden safety bed barriers.
Prompt delivery and an excellent helpful service - Love for Sleep were a pleasure to deal with.

Ok bed for price, drawer poor quality
Decent looking bed for the price, however the drawer is flimsy and is not supported by the rails all the way out. Hence it falls down after pulling it out 10-15cm.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, cheapest online we found our baby's cot for. Always got discount offers available.
Free next day delivery through APC, we received our cot with a damaged part but I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly to send out a replacement free of charge.
Would defo use again.

Pros
Pros - Received the cot bed on time. Good packaging. Timely emails to track the package. On first look product looks sturdy and easy to assemble.
Cons - Strong smell of paint first few days. Now better.
Specifically mentioned in delivery instructions that package needs to be delivered to first floor as it is quite heavy and I made it a point to be available on the day. The person who delivered however decided to leave it on my doorstep and leave.

In terms of delivery, unfortunately, most courier companies deliver parcels only to the doorstep of the building and usually, it is only a matter of the driver's discretion whether parcels are delivered to individual flats or just to the building's doorstep.

Fantastic product and Customer service!
I bought a Jacob cot bed 2 yrs ago and I am still very happy about it. I was looking for a cot bed transforming into a toddler bed including a nice safety barrier and there was no much choice in the market. I really needed a drawer also and this was the only one that ticked all these boxes. Price is really good for what the product offers. Quality is great and would definitely buy it again. After one year I realised I have lost the safety barrier during the house move, I contacted the customer service to see if I could have purchased just a safety barrier by itself and they kindly offered it for free including shipping. This is such a nice gesture and what an amazing customer service. It really makes the difference purchasing products from a company you can trust, whatever issue you will have they will reply super quickly (as they did with me, in the evening) and will go extra mile to satisfy their customers.

paint smell and engineered wood
I do really like the bed and it arrived quickly, but sadly it does have a strong smell of paint- it has been 5 days now and still hasn’t faded. It is also made of engineered wood alongside the pine wood which isn’t mentioned in the description.

Incredible customer service and fantastic products
Brought a Jacob cot bed 3 years ago and absolutely loved its suitability for a small room and then when my toddler wanted a bed style cot. Expecting baby no2 in a few weeks and put the cot back up to find a few screw missing. Contacted the company and they are sending spares to be here within 2 days free of charge! Just incredible customer service and fantastic products!!!
