I didn't think it would be possible for me and my partner to obtain a mortgage, but Gary went above and beyond to help us achieve our dreams. Gary was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be using him and Lucra Mortgages in the future.

I was recommended Lucra by an estate agent in bath and after going through 3 morgatge advisors who were not communicating well, it was a breath of fresh air to have the team from Lucra on hand for anything we needed. When people were on holiday, someone else stepped in. We then had help with insurance through them also, this care and attention continued. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I was recommended to Lucra mortgages from a colleague as i was told they deal alot with NHS staff and get great deals. From the minute i filled out the application everything has been plain sailing and 100% stress free. As a single first time buyer i was going through this process alone with very little knowledge of it. Therefore, when things was explained in alot of detail but in a simple way it put my mind at ease. Special thanks to Gary Banks who deal with the whole process incredibly and was always available to talk if i had any questions. He is very knowledgeable and really did do everything in his power to help me when i was having issues with my solicitor. Would 100% recommend and when needed i will be using again.

My partner and I first met with Darren from Lucra Mortgages in January and he has been an incredible help throughout the house purchase process. As first time buyers, we were essentially clueless about what it all involved, but Darren explained everything very clearly, made time to speak to us in the evenings after work, and always responded to our (sometimes no doubt stupid) questions via email and Whatsapp, remaining patient and friendly throughout. Nathan, who handled our life and illness insurance, was also brilliant, even making time to speak to us when he was on annual leave. We have recently been in contact with Josh and Keana to arrange our mortgage and income protection, and both have been great. They really help my wife and I understand all the jargon that comes with these process and worked with us to work out what levels of cover we actually needed. Both were very personable and easy to get on with.

Lucra got me a decision in principle for an auction I was bidding on but didn’t win. The Lucra team really know their lenders and how to find you the best mortgage. Our income is a real mix including self employed and they knew how to make the most of it. They are diligent, ethical and transparent about the risks which gave me assurance and the knowledge to make decisions. They were readily available and answered all my questions patiently and thoughtfully. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
