Darren was referred to by my neighbour and I found him super helpful and communicative from the start. He stayed in good contact, updating me at every stage and kept me posted about new deals and interest rate offers. He made the remortgage process really simple and straight forward and I felt really well taken care of. Definitely recommend Lucra Mortgages and would use again in future.

I am a portfolio property investor with more than 10 years of experience living in Dubai. My usual mortgage broker could not secure a mortgage for my last purchase which was through my Ltd in London. A close friend of mine introduced Neil to me and he was super fast and efficient. Neil, Tim and Isabella did a fantastic job and secured this purchase for me, I had almost lost this great investment property.

Matt made the seemingly impossible, possible! I have no permanent residency and my partner is a British citizen, which made our situation very complicated and the mortgage search difficult. We are first home buyers too. Ultimately, Matt eventually found use a lender who was willing to accept our conditions. Other brokers that I have approached could not find us any deals. He replied to our emails timely, answered all of our questions, and patiently filled in the decision in principle and full mortgage application for us. We were in touch with Matt for almost two months. Our first home buy went much more smoothly than anticipated and Matt played a huge part in it. Keana from Lucra was also very helpful in sorting out our life insurance and answering our questions patiently. Thank you Lucra for an excellent customer service.
