He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

Kirsty Rowley and Hannah Bick are fab, they are two of the nicest, most professional, most plain speaking estate agents I have ever met or used. We received a fantastic service from them.

Spent 7 years in a Ludlow property, and for six and a half they were actually quite good. Responsive to issues, unintrusive. I was blessed with a good landlord and I never missed or was late with a rent payment.

They seemed to get my rent wrong quite a lot though - no fewer than 5 times I was chased for shortfalls in rent that were demonstrably not correct, and despite apologising every time I pushed back, they’d chase again the next month. At one point, I was told I was about £160 in credit, but they managed to ignore emails about getting this back for that last six months and even till at stopped responding altogether. Then my landlord wanted to increase rent by 30% and Ludlow tried to evict me illegally without issuing a Section 21.

At this point, they would only communicate to organise viewings, and completely ignored my requests to return my deposit. They were also unresponsive to the DPS, who finally found in my favour six months later so I could get my deposit returned. Still waiting for my £160 though and Ludlow have stopped communicating, even to an official complaint. Have obviously saved all communications for the ombudsman, but it’s been a lot of work to get them to behave legally and very important you understand your rights before dealing with them.
