Depuis pas de nouvelle et pas de réponse au sujet de cette commande.
Est ce que le site est sérieux ?

The battery arrived safely, was well packaged, and works perfectly. It performs exactly as expected and has given new life to my scooter.

Obwohl der Fehler auf meiner Seite lag und ich das Paket letztendlich nie abgeschickt habe, war der Kontakt durchweg super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und der Service war wirklich angenehm. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen wärmstens empfehlen!

N'ayant pas compris l'annonce sur ebay, j'ai demandé un remboursement et l'ai obtenu assez rapidement en envoyant un mail. C'est honnête.

J'ai fait appel à Lupo Baterie en août 2025 pour la régénération d'une batterie d'outil AEG 12V. Le processus global a pris un peu de temps, mais c'était uniquement dû aux délais de transport avec Mondial Relay. L'atelier en lui-même a été très performant et rapide, l'intervention n'ayant pris qu'une semaine entre la réception et la réexpédition.

Avec le recul de nombreux mois, je constate que la réparation est d'une excellente qualité : la batterie a été reconditionnée pour atteindre une capacité de 2600mAh et elle fonctionne toujours parfaitement aujourd'hui, en tenant la charge comme au premier jour. Le tarif est vraiment très correct pour un tel résultat dans le temps. C'est une solution à la fois économique et fiable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

After my battery got lost for some weeks. Somewhere in France Lupo received it and and reconditioned my battery within 48 hours and shipped it back to me and I received it within a couple of days 👍So the service of Lupo is excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future ❤️

Mijn batterij werkte niet 100%. Daarover gecommuniceerd en direct opgelost door een andere op te sturen. Men reageert ook heel snel.

Je souhaitais commander une batterie et je me suis trompé, j'ai commandé une remise en état de ma propre batterie

IL faut reconnaitre que les délais sont assez longs, il faut relancer, mais ils répondent sous 48h. La qualité des rénovations est excellente. j'ai donné makita, bosch, grizzly, etc..c'est mieux que l'origine. Je vais en avoir d'autres à refaire, j'enverrai sans problème.

J'ai envoyé une batterie pour réparation elle a mis plus de 2 mois à revenir et à fonctionnée 1 semaine 🤷😡

Artikel, die zur Reparatur eingesendet werden, kommen nicht zurück. Man wird bei Nachfragen ständig vertröstet, mehr passiert aber nicht. Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Acquisto su Ebay dal 2003 e posso vantare un poco di esperienza in merito. Ho acquistato dal loro store sulla predetta piattaforma, una batteria per l'avvitatore Hilti SF121 A, con batterie maggiorate, plastiche esterne (gusci) ed elettronica originali che, per chi apprezza la marca, sono insostituibili (attualmente Marzo 2026, sono gli unici ad offrire questa possibilità). Non aspettatevi un fondo di magazziono immacolato. Data la marca e la sua proverbiale affidabilità, gli attrezzi sono destinati ad essere usati in condizioni dure, non in un centro estetico, o in una cristalleria, pertanto sono possibili graffi e segni di utilizzo evidenti. L'assistenza post vendita, risulta presente e reattiva (quasi 24/7!!) ed è stata curata, nel mio caso, da Adam al quale va il mio personale plauso e ringraziamento per aver risolto ogni mio dubbio. Da aggiungere che l'assistenza è stata data in lingua italiana cosa che, per chi come me non si intende di batterie e simili, è un indubbio vantaggio operativo. I tempi di evasione della spedizione ed il suo costo sono risultati più bassi della media (si parla di batterie, che rappresentano una bestia nera per la loro intrinseca pericolosità e sensibilità agli urti). L'imballo è stato correttamente eseguito ed è risultato, nel mio caso sicuramente, molto protetivo. Nel mio caso la tracciabilità della spedizione è stata poco efficace (forse per via della sua economicità?; non so).
