Scott and Cameron were very helpful on the phone, but when I arranged to pick the car up, it took over three hours for you to send over the paperwork and I was stranded in Winsford with no car but lucky enough Leanne the sales person at Carzone did an excellent job of getting all my paper work from you when I had spoken to you previously about picking the car up on the Saturday morning which was stressing me out and when I spoke to you on the phone youâre more or less said it wasnât your problem so I was not a very happy customer
