Luxbags is a Hong Kong- and France-registered purveyor of authentic pre-owned designer handbags and accessories. Luxury fashion is aspirational, yet often remains out of reach. Waiting lists at fashion stores, limited editions, prohibitive pricing, and a second-hand market plagued by counterfeits and snobbish or indifferent customer service can frustrate your aspirations. At Luxbags, we aim to be different: we believe that luxury should be shared, not hoarded. Our vision is to empower, not to gatekeep. We offer a sustainable and accessible pathway to iconic handbags, minimising environmental impact while maximising style. Our mission is to provide exceptional value on authentic pre-loved designer pieces and deliver unparalleled customer service, becoming your trusted destination for pre-loved luxury. We curate a collection of inspiring pre-loved treasures that empower you to own your dream bag and fulfil your aspirations in fashion and beyond. We also engage professional cleaning and restoration services to give our bags a makeover before they go to their next owners. We believe that these bags all deserve a second chance at being cherished by a new owner, and we invite you to join us on this journey of extending the lifespan of our favourite bags. As a business that is committed to promoting sustainability, we are always seeking new ways of reducing our environmental impact. By providing a space for stylish and sustainable fashion, we hope to inspire others to embrace the second-hand luxury movement and contribute to a more socially and environmentally sustainable future.

Quickly respond to questions
Quickly respond to questions. Updated me

Bag is great, just as hoped
Well, the website was good, and the quality of my bag is excellent just as described. But it does smell like cigarettes and the shipping was slow, but that is prob normal for Hong Kong - California.

Birkin 35 - a seamless process
Jiaxin is so communicative, patient, and responsive during the entire process. She chatted with me, sent videos, answered questions, and was even proactive in checking on tracking info post-shipping. As a small business owner myself, I value her commitment to providing a great experience for clients. I purchased an Hermes Birkin 35 and couldn’t be happier with the condition it came in—better than expected. Excited to work with her in the future! Thanks Jiaxin!
