Love. Well packaged and protected through transit. Came with a certificate of authenticity.

Wonderful buying experience! I scored a great deal on a rare vintage Dior Lizard Green Corset bag in great condition. Upon arrival, I noticed a small tear on the bottom of the bag, which wasn’t noted in the listing, only a stain in that area was mentioned. That said, the flaw is minor and doesn’t take away from the overall value, condition, or rarity of the piece. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely consider buying again in the future.

Very responsive. I reached out with specific request, was assisted very quickly. The lady found a bag that I was looking for and it was delivered to me even earlier than expected.

Second purchase from Luxbags! Really love the personable communication. Just a caution tho if you are purchasing from the US to monitor the tariffs rates as it is ever changing. I did get a hefty duties, but, that is to no fault of Luxbags.

Bag came wrapped with care. It was in excellent condition. Very pleased with the site in general. Will likely order from here again.

Accurate descriptions, amazing customer service. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Very responsive seller, fast shipping, and BEAUTIFUL bag!!!!

I am so thrilled I came across this website to begin with. The selection of bags is outstanding. My purchase was easy, I was updated with tracking information, and the bag arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I love my new Bottega Veneta Hobo bag and have already recommended this website to others!

This is customer service at its finest. I received my authentic Bottega lightening fast and in perfect condition, just as described. I am truly a customer for life!

Fast delivery, great expertise and nice communication - what else can we hope for? The bag itself is almost new. I will come back for a Chanel in due time.

I am very happy and satisfied with my Loewe Puzzle Bag. The owner sourced it very fast and was delivered promptly without a hassle.

Great communication and an even better bag! Authentic and very fairly priced, I highly recommend anyone purchase a bag from here!

the saler is amazing the only thing is she forgot to ask ups to require a signature and i live in a building where alot of package get stolen and she didnt do it but i got my purse so its all good she was patient and cooperative with me and was prompt with my questiin and research the duty fees were really cheap to so she did a really good job on that as well and the bag looks brand new im very happy and would refer this website to ll my loved ones without hesitation im located in canada and the deliver only took a few days

I’m in love with my new bag! It’s exactly as described and delivery was smooth, couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Excellent resale company! I bought most of my bags here

The store offers a stunning collection, and although I couldn’t receive my bag due to some customs issues, my overall experience was excellent. Communication was seamless, and the refund process was impressively quick. I look forward to purchasing more bags from you in the future!

The bag arrived in good condition, however the colour and size were not what I had expected. I ordered a Dark Brown bag and received something more Dark Purple. Be careful since their return policy is not actually 14 days, it’s 3 days from delivery!

Incredible customer service and very fast shipping. I am in love with my new bag !

This is my third purchase from Luxbags and once again they did not disappoint!! My item arrived so quickly and in even better condition than I expected! Gorgeous bag!! Jiaxin was super helpful, patiently answering all my questions and making the entire process hassle free and enjoyable! Many thanks

Very lovely bag. Well packaged and delivered.
