My wife gave me the head torch for Christmas. No instructions on how to operate it were included. But is shouldn't be rocket science so I viewed some youtube. Light only stays on for 5 seconds. Charged it for 4 hours but that didn't fix it. I sent emails but haven't heard back. Stay away from this company unless you like throwing $$$ away.

At first light was great even after long delivery time, two months in light stopped working they would not honor warranty and would not refund or replace i would avoid these and find a alternative

Ordered on 29th Oct 25 and still waiting any form of product or refund.
The item shows as in transit but hasn't moved from the local depot since 3rd Nov when it landed in the UK.
Constant emails back and to customer services but I keep getting told that as the parcel is being shown as "in transit" they cannot offer a refund until Royal Mail confirm its either been delivered or lost. How long will this go on for and in the mean time I'm without the product and also £24.99 out of pocket. Don't bother ordering from this company. Its not worth the hassle and they are breaching consumer rights.

Bought end of October '25 as Christmas gift. Lit once then stopped. Tried charging for 4 hours, nothing! Checked return policy - 30 days so no chance of a refund. Waste of money.🤬

Bought the Luxe Light for my nephew and best decision I made!!!!
He said I love that it is hands free and the light is so bright and comfortable to wear! We had a snow storm and he used it to locate salt that was stored in the shed!!! Surely made it easy to find. He takes late night walks so perfect for that too!!!

Despite poor responses to emails the gift was delivered today .Xmas Eve. So I am now very happy. Not opened the product so will update review once in use. The transport company is not contactable so I recommend using another carrier.
Update...product has been used for a day and so far excellent. My sons love the head lamps

Item was hardly used before it stopped working. They ignored messages for a while (I guess hoping I would go away) but eventually said it was outside warranty period (it was less than a year old). They didn't say how long warranty period was but certainly lasted less than I expected. Said they were sorry and that was it. I'd avoid buying if I was you

I received the luxe light headset within 2 weeks of ordering. Worked great for the first 5 days. Only used it to take the puppy out into the garden in the evening so it could go to the toilet then it stopped working. Very disappointed with the durability of this product.

I ordered after seeing several Facebook Black Friday ads. On Dec 4, I purchased the 20 lights and 20 free cases deal, and added the camp light after a pop up discount after purchase. I planned to use the 20 headlamps for Christmas gifts. The package came 11 days later from China, arriving on Dec 15. When I opened it up, it contained NONE of the 20 headlamps! Inside the small box was only the “free” 20 empty storage cases and the one camp light. My order says it is complete. No other packages are pending. I did not spend $279 for 20 cases. 😠😔 Trying to contact customer service has been unpleasant. There is no phone number to call, only an email address. I have now sent two emails and a Facebook message. Three days later, still response. So much for Christmas! I hope they can still make this right and that it’s not a complete scam. Maybe it was an honest mistake. Regardless, customer service response time is TERRIBLE! If you are hoping for a return, good luck. It’s through contacting that same email account. I’m so disappointed. 😔

I ordered it as an early Christmas present at the end of October, yes October, thinking I was being organised.
I didn't mind not having received it in the first couple of weeks, but then I contacted them, and contacted them. I got a couple of replies saying they were sending it out (Hailey and Mae). I even got a tracking number. It is now the 18 Dec and the courier hasn't even received the package, and probably won't at this stage. I have emailed them regularly but not got a reply in weeks. I asked today for a refund, but not holding my breath on that one either. Total scam of a company from what I can see. Do not order from them.

Bought in September, stopped working early December. Light won’t even turn on. Such a waste of money, company said they won’t refund or replace because it’s over 30days. Save your money and buy lights with reviews off Amazon.

Avoid - seems to be a scam. I ordered in November - still not received product and no responses to my emails asking about when it will be delivered.

I eventually received the two Luxelights that I ordered, one for myself and one as a Christmas gift for my husband. It turned on out of the box but needed a full charge to reach optimum brightness. Initially this was great, spans a wide area and is a bright light. However, I use it for dog walking and when the battery runs down, there is no warning, it simply switches off. After the third time of being stranded in the dark and having to resort to my phone to get back, I stamped on it and threw it in the bin. It was advertised as ideal for using when out and about but for a woman on her own, cannot be trusted. I don't want to give my husband his at Christmas now as he will likely experience the same thing and as they weren't cheap, this is a real waste of money.

The light arrived from China after quite a delay - it worked twice for approximately 5 minutes each time. Then ran out of battery, and after I charged it it started flashing and wouldn't switch off (had to leave it in a cupboard). I have tried to contact then to arrange a replacement but they have not replied.

At first, was quite happy. Luxelight sent me the wrong order but when I responded they were very quick to reply.
First Luxelight response was 8 Nov, and now well into December I’m getting the same duplicated response.
Quite liked the Light - God help you if you have to contact them.

Rewriting review as customer service very kind and responsive, one star lost for shipping delay and shifting of offers..

First order was bit slow but products were great (did not come with carry case offer which was a bit frustrating as the offer added free cases to all purchases in the lead up to Xmas)
We then sadly discovered there is a scam imitation site tryluxelight dot shop who are not affiliated with them but look very similar - so be careful of this!
Hailey at customer service was great and prompt with email replies and helped with the most recent order I put in as a return customer.
Ideally we would have a standard log in password for repeat purchases but it seems to go via a ‘shop’ link that I was unfamiliar with at first/ but you can see past orders once you enter via this process.

I ordered one luxelight head torch. I received email confirmation of ordering one.
On my bank statement they had taken two separate lots of £24.99.
I emailed them to say they had charged me twice. Their return email stated I had ordered a headlight and a box of 5 headlights which was also £24. 99.
Somehow they had added that after. I paid by SHOP and I could see then that another item had been added.
It took several emails to get my money refunded as they only wanted to refund me for one!! Ironic... when it was the other way round they said I'd ordered 2.
Every email was of me having to state the facts. Like banging my head against a brick wall.
Eventually after I told them id take it further , i got both refunded. They would not give me the £4.25 postage back i paid to send all items back.
Beware ordering from this company!!.

3 weeks and no lights, and no response to emails.
Pretty sure I've been conned out of £35.

Purchased 6 head torches on the Black Friday deal, no torches have turned up, customer service is non existent, I’ve emailed just to get ignored, this is a dodgy scam my company. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them
