I ordered a necklace for my son and within 24 hours of ordering it and showing it to my son, he let me know he didn't like it, so I emailed the company and although it had not been shipped out, they refused to cancel my order. Instead, they informed me that I had to wait to receive it, then send it back. It didn't make sense, until I received it and went to the post office to return it. It has to be returned to Liverpool, England! That means that it cost me $45, and to return it - I have to pay 38.00! I reached out to the company via email and have not heard back from them. I'm very disappointed with their customer service!

I’m very happy with the products I purchased. But for a brand that is trying to portray itself as handmade luxury, I was slightly disappointed to find the two items bought presented in a cheap little plastic bag inside its presentation box. An organza bag or a small velvet pouch would have got a five star review

When I received it which was prompt and well informed
My husband and I was thrilled with the quality and presentation and packing of the product.

Product was ok but paid for quick delivery and still took 4 days ! Arrived on the day I needed it for a present!

The gift was smaller than I expected and the chain was too short so I had to buy another one.

My problem though, because I didn’t measure it properly.

I first got a ad on my phone about this company in December but not knowing of name I was dubious of dealing with them but needing a gift for my grandson I ordered a bracelet for him on Christmas eve, of course they were closed for Christmas so I heard nothing for several days so I text them and had a reply the next day telling me I would receive the bracelet shortly, I got the gift on 9th January it was lovely and very good quality and was very reasonably priced so I should never have worried about this company and I would certainly use them again. Thank you.
