It is possible to become a member, so you can buy our products for the member prices, or you can buy our products without a membership for the normal prices.

Beste Minela, ik begrijp je frustratie. Het terugboeken van lidmaatschapskosten staat echter niet gelijk aan het opgezeggen van het lidmaatschap. Dit kan enkel via je profiel of door de klantendienst te contacteren. Als je hier meer informatie over wil, kan je altijd bij de klantendienst terecht.

Hi Feyza, het spijt ons dat het niet duidelijk voor je was dat je een lidmaatschap bij ons had. Bij het bestellen heb je altijd de keuze tussen de normale prijs (zonder korting, zonder lidmaatschap) en de leden prijs (met korting, met lidmaatschap).

\-On the homepage
\-Under the membership price, where it states that purchasing at this price starts a membership
\-You must actively choose whether to buy a product at the member price or the regular price
\-A membership is added to your basket when you purchase member-priced items for the first time
\-You also receive a confirmation email with information about the membership when you place your first order
\-Additional information can be found under our “Terms and Conditions” and “Membership Terms”

At the same time, I’d like to mention that many of our members really appreciate the benefits that come with the membership. As a member, you get access to everyday and beauty products:
\-Including well-known favorites and exciting new arrivals
\-Consistently low member prices without having to wait for sales
\-Cheap shipping
\-You earn BeautyCash on your purchases, which you can use as discounts later
\-You receive loyalty bonuses and can get up to 20% extra discount on your favorite brands as you move up in membership level

Hi Eva, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. Instead of buying for the member price and starting a membership, you can also buy for the normal price, without a membership. Hopefully we will see you again in the future.

Hi Zora, vervelend dat je een negatieve ervaring hebt gehad. Tijdens het shoppen bij ons kun je kiezen tussen de leden prijs en de normale prijs. Bij de leden prijs start je ook een lidmaatschp. Als je ons een e-mail stuurt, kunnen we je verder helpen.

Hi Georgina, you can always cancel your membership by logging into your account or by contacting member service.
When you order products at Luxplus, you can always choose between two prices: Member price and Normal price.

The member price is the price offered to all members of Luxplus. It gives all members access to buy products at lower prices, as a member you save up to 80%. Furthermore, as a member,you have free shipping and earn BeautyCash on your purchases.

If you are a new member, you get a free trial period of 14 days. This free trial period gives you the opportunity to test and experience how the membership works. After that, the membership is renewed automatically and costs 9.95 EUR per month. The membership automatically renews itself each month until you cancel it. You can cancel your membership at any time.

The normal price are for those customers who do not wish to become members. The normal price is therefore higher than the price you shop for as a member, but is often lower than other stores and online stores.

To shop at normal price without membership, follow the steps below:
\- Select Normal price
\- Say no to free shipping
\- Proceed to payment
\- Remember to double check that you have not added a membership to the shopping basket.

Hi Martin, I understand that it is frustrating to not realise that you are being charged for a membership. Luxplus works with a membership concept but you can always buy the products for the normal price without starting a membership.

Beste Yvonne, volg alsjeblieft de onderstaande stappen om producten te kopen voor de normale prijs zonder een lidmaatschap:
\- Klik het product aan dat je wilt kopen
\- Selecteer de normale prijs
\- Zeg nee tegen gratis verzending
\- Ga verder naar de betaling
\- Dubbel check of je geen lidmaatschap hebt toegevoegd aan jouw winkelmandje

Let op, het terugboeken van lidmaatschapskosten staat niet gelijk aan het opzeggen van het lidmaatschap en is bovendien in strijd met onze voorwaarden. Gelieve de klantendienst te contacteren en/of het lidmaatschap via je profiel stop te zetten.

We proberen altijd duidelijk te zijn over hoe het lidmaatschap werkt. Daarom informeren we op verschillende plaatsen op Luxplus.be dat de ledenprijzen alleen gelden voor leden, en dat een lidmaatschap wordt geactiveerd wanneer je kiest om een product tegen de ledenprijs te kopen. Dit staat bijvoorbeeld op de homepage, onder elk product, in de secties "abonnement" en "voorwaarden", evenals in de winkelwagentje wanneer je je aankoop voltooit. Je kunt ook zien dat het lidmaatschap is opgenomen in je orderbevestiging die per e-mail is verstuurd na de aankoop. We verontschuldigen ons dat dit in jouw geval niet voldoende duidelijk was, en dat dit heeft geleid tot een misverstand.

Dag Suzan, onze excuses voor je negatieve ervaring met Luxplus. Enkel als je producten tegen de ledenprijs koopt, start je een lidmaatschap. Als je geen lidmaatschap wilt beginnen, kan je altijd de producten tegen de normale prijs kopen. Het spijt ons dat je hier niet van op de hoogte was. Hi, onze excuses voor je negatieve ervaring met Luxplus. Bij het plaatsen van een bestelling tegen de ledenprijs krijgen de klanten altijd een bevestiging via mail over het lidmaatschap. We gaan door een drukkere periode, maar zullen ons best doen om je verder helpen zodra we je e-mail ontvangen.
