Lux Seat レビュー

Superb service. Got our dining chairs recovered and wow they look so much better than the originals. First class service, friendly, polite and very professional. Would highly recommend.

The team at Lux Seat are truly customer focused and a joy to work with. Norbert listened carefully to what we were looking for and adapted their standard offering to match our needs, checking in regularly to make sure everything was on track. He sent photos and videos, and was very responsive to every question and request. Norbert even delivered our order personally to ensure everything was as we wanted.
We are already planning our next order with Norbert and the Lux Seat team.

Excellent company, very courteous and easy to work with, ensured we met our very short deadline for a completely bespoke made to order item. Very happy and will be using again for future projects.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, regular updates via What’s App on the stools throughout the build process was really reassuring. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again in any future projects.

The best customer service I’ve seen so far in this trade. Quality of products is superb. 100% recommended.

Great service, quality and customisation, made our chair bespoke by letting us choose our own unique fabric. That we have not seen anywhere else!
