No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasnât been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely wonât be ordering again and wouldnât recommend to anyone.
Company advertised "guaranteed next day delivery" for £10, of which is paid. Was then told it would be two weeks. Pointless

Unacceptable, impolite & bad business.
I bought two rings & the sparkle is stunning.
I was sad when I noticed a crystal was missing so I contacted customer services. Initially there was no reply so I re-sent the email after a week. I then received a short reply but no apology or acknowledging for the initial nonresponee. I was advised to post the ring via recorded delivery & notify Luxsy afterwards. I did just that but I have yet to hear back.
Regarding the promotions over the festive season, I enquired how to avail the 25% discount as no code was attached to the email! Of course I have not had a message. So far
Iâve sent 5 emails & not one has been acknowledged.
Unacceptable, impolite & bad business. I hope Cherrie will respond to this bitter complaint & send either a replacement ring or my original one, repaired.

Good store, bad customer service.
Bought a ring, good product. However it didnât fit and when I emailed customer service to organise a return, I received no reply. Again, a good business but very unreliable customer service. Most businesses have a returns method readily available but if youâre going to request people to email and organise returns beforehand, be reliable.
