Seit über 10 Jahren bin ich Lycamobile Kundin und immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Heute mit der App mein perfektes Bundle kaufen zu können ist einfach, unkompliziert einfach top..dafür habt ihr von mir ganze 5☆, was ich hingegen nicht positiv bewerten kann ist, dass der Bundle nur noch für 28 und nicht wie früher 30 Tage gültig ist.

Achtung Betrug!!
Achtung Betrug!!! Automatische Verlängerung!!! Die 1-Tages E-Sim mit 10 GB Datenvolumen in der Schweiz kostet nur verlockende 1,5 CHF (ca. 1,63 €). Gezielt wird beworben, dass man das Datenvolumen für eine Durchfahrt nutzen kann. Die Information der automatischen Verlängerung fehlt in der Tarifübersicht vor dem Kauf völlig, nur unter "Häufig gestellte Fragen" wird ein Stopp der autom. Verlängerung per App oder Anruf angegeben. Die App ist außerhalb der Schweiz nicht herunterladbar und der Anruf vom Ausland in die Schweiz kostet Geld!!! Nur im Web im Untermenü "Konto verwalten" -> "Zahlung verwalten" -> "Einstellungen für die automatische Aufladung" werden Sie die Abzocke abstellen können!!! Das ist einfach nur dreist. Statt 1,63 € habe ich jetzt für das bisschen Internet auf der Durchreise 8,14 € bezahlt. Nicht nur um das Geld, sondern auch um die schöne Zeit ist es schade, weil ich im Urlaub jetzt diese bürokratischen Hürden auf mich nehmen muss. Zum Glück bekomme ich die Umsatzaufstellung meiner Kreditkarte jederzeit einsehbar aufs Handy, sonst wäre es ersr zum Monatsende zur Abrechnung aufgefallen und noch viel teuer geworden.
