The dress is great, delivered packaging should be improved
The dress is great as on web site. Size fits perfectly.
Packaging and delivery was in a PE bag, dress needed ironing prior wearing.
Packaging should be improved to get dress as deserved.

The most perfect cardigan
The most perfect cardigan. The quality is amazing and the cadri itself is so soft. I'm in love with the gold buttons and love that they include a spare just in case.
Would highly recommend.

The best order!
I ordered a Kelby Coat - Camel. I am very pleased with this order, very warm and pleasant material, beautiful color. I've never seen anything better. The girl Linnea helped me with my order, a very friendly and understanding assistant. All my requests were satisfied.

Fra jeg placerede min ordre til den var leveret gik der 24 timer præcis. Så hurtig levering har jeg ikke prøvet før, og det er super lækker kvalitet og er bare så glad for min nye cardigan<3

Expérience désastreuse. Contrat non respecté
J'ai passé une commande pour un manteau à plus de 340 euros et payé plus de 13 euros de frais de port pour ne jamais recevoir ma commande. Bien que ce ne soit pas de la faute de M-Kae mais de leur transporteur, ils sont quand même responsables de la bonne livraison du colis chez le client. Le délai indiqué n'a pas été respecté ( livraison sous 4 à 6 jours). J'ai attendu plus de 20 jours et aucune livraison malgré des échanges avec M-Kae et le transporteur FedEx.
Aujourd'hui, M-kae ne souhaite pas me rembourser avant que le colis ne leur soit retourné - je suis en vacances et le colis est soit disant disponible en relais alors que je n'ai jamais demandé cela. J'ai appelé un numéro surtaxé pour savoir quand je serai livrée mais personne chez FedEx ne pouvait me le dire. La livraison a été changée à la demande de qui ? Je ne sais pas.
Je veux juste qu'on me rembourse ma commande ainsi que les frais de livraison. Une honte alors que le contrat n'a pas été respecté et que je souhaite l'annuler selon la loi en vigueur sur la protection du consommateur pour les achats en ligne.
Aujourd'hui, je ne sais pas quand je serai remboursée. On ne veut pas annuler ce contrat non respecté. Je ne recommande pour rien au monde ce site ainsi que leur transporteur. Je n'ai jamais vu cela de ma vie.

We would like to emphasize that we share your frustration over the situation, even though the primary cause of the delay lies with our carrier, FedEx France. We understand that you've made a significant investment in your order, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused you.
We'd like to explain that living in a closed residential area like yours can sometimes pose challenges for our suppliers in accessing your address. Unfortunately, it's beyond our control when a package cannot be delivered due to such circumstances, despite our efforts in providing FedEx with the necessary information you provided subsequently. We always recommend including these details in address line 2 when purchasing an order.
After numerous attempts to deliver to your address, we have unfortunately been informed that the package has gone missing. As a company, it is our responsibility to try to locate the package and obtain confirmation from FedEx France regarding their liability before we can issue a refund to you. We have been diligent in contacting FedEx France daily, but unfortunately, we've also faced challenges with their responses and communication, which regrettably prolonged the process.
We understand that our solution of waiting for the return of the package has not been satisfactory for you, especially while you're on vacation. Reading through our refund policy, you'll find that all refunds are processed after a return to our warehouse, as stated on our website.
Of course we chose to overlook this since we received confirmation from FedEx that they had lost the package and refunded you as quickly as we could.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed refund and the frustration this has caused you. Please be assured that we always work hard to resolve situations like these, and we greatly appreciate your patience in this matter. We are aware of your rights as a consumer, and we naturally adhere to applicable consumer protection laws for online purchases.

Great materials, fits perfectly.
First, it was a smooth delivery process even though I ordered from a different country.
I ordered 3 items and I am very happy with all of them - great quality of the materials and the size guide on the website is very accurate, they all fit great. Overall I had a positive experience with the brand and I look forward to ordering from them again.
