So bad quality
I am completely disappointed with the quality. I wore the brown satin pants only twice for a few hours, and they already look worn out at the back and at the hems. It’s unbelievable and very disappointing.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. Our satin pieces are made from a delicate fabric, and sometimes the threads can catch on things, which may affect the look. My overall experience was amazing
My overall experience was amazing. The store has a beautiful design, it makes you feel cozy and relaxed while browsing through the clothes. The sales team was very communicative, they helped me try on and decide on what I wanted to purchase. It’s a friendly atmosphere and makes the shopping experience very enjoyable. Also the clothes are made of quality materials, they feel great on the skin and based on previous purchases they look great over time.

Opdatering: Positiv oplevelse med kundeservice
Jeg vil gerne opdatere min tidligere anmeldelse af M-KAE. Jeg købte en blazer i deres fysiske butik og ønskede senere at returnere den. Jeg blev først oplyst om, at jeg kun kunne få et tilgodebevis, da varen var købt fysisk – noget jeg oplevede som uklart kommunikeret. Jeg delte derfor min oplevelse her på Trustpilot.
Efter min anmeldelse blev jeg kontaktet af M-KAE, som var meget imødekommende og valgte at refundere beløbet. Det sætter jeg stor pris på og synes, det vidner om god kundeservice og vilje til at lytte til kundernes feedback.
Tak for det – det ændrede helt klart mit indtryk i en positiv retning.

service is at the highest level, high quality,

Beyond the fact that the items are high quality and stunning,
The experience is absolutely perfect.
I recommend everyone who visits Copenhagen to come to the store and be impressed by all the beauty.
