Vi er lidt ærgerlige over at se denne 1-stjernede anmeldelse, eftersom vi har været i kontakt omkring dette over mail og fik løst problemet.😔 Som sagt, så har vi tilføjet muligheden for at betale med MobilePay, dog var der desværre et par opstarts problemer, men dem har vi fået styr på nu.

Refundering af penge
Jeg returnerede en kjole og fik d. 13/7 en mail vedr. at jeg ville få mine knap 1200,- retur indenfor få dage. D. 26/7 havde jeg stadig ikke modtaget mine penge. Jeg skrev derfor til M-KAE på mail, hvor de fandt ud af, at der var sket en teknisk fejl, som de beklagede meget. Dagen efter jeg sendte mailen, havde jeg fået refunderet pengene. Super ærgerlig oplevelse - men til gengæld tog M-KAE’s personale ansvar og rettede op med det samme.

My Favorite Brand
I own multiple pieces from M-Kae and absolutely love all of them. The quality of the material is amazing and feels so expensive on. The customer service is also exceptional. I experienced shipping delays when exchanging sizes for an item and was pleased to receive kind, fast responses. They even expedited my exchange so I would receive my item in time for an upcoming event.

Coat and general experience
The coast is very nice.
I have to change the first order, because the coast was too big. it was shipped to Slovakia and I do not have clear instructions which company to use for delivery back. But finally everything went smooth. :)

I had a really good expirience with them
I had a really good expirience with this store. I ordered the berry shirt in nude, size S, and the shirt is very beautiful. The material feels nice, it's not flimsy at all and the stitching is very well made. The package came with a very lovely note, and within the time it was supposed to. They also replied very fast to the questions I asked, within a couple of hours. I'd reccomend this brand to other people and shop again.
