DON'T BOTHER...

Spoke to Nurgus Malik over a week ago to get Declaration of Trust certificate arranged, after email was sent to her, messages left and many phone calls ignored, I've given up on this place, very incompetent, they may be to busy to deal my request but I'd rather they just said instead of ignoring all of my messages. Don't bother using this place, the service is disgusting.

After reviewing your file and your complete case documentation, we are unable to find any concerns raised by you whilst we were dealing with your matter. The file documentation shows that all correspondence in your case is up-to-date and there have been no noted issues/concerns. In response to your concern raised about 'NOT GIVING TIME TO CLIENTS' we again refer to your file with us which clearly shows that all updates have been given to you on time and all correspondence goes straight to your UK home address. So kindly provide exact details of when you were not given timely information and how do you think it affected your case?.
Kindly please elaborate further what you mean by being 'NOT QUALIFIED' and let us know which member of our team are you referring to. We take this very seriously as all our team members hold relevant qualifications and all solicitors working with us are highly experienced and well-reputed.
We would also request you to elaborate on what exact 'MISINFORMATION' was given to you by our staff.
We would request you to reply at your earliest and provide us detailed information about your concerns or complete a formal complaint form, which is available from our London office.

Handle ur case professionaly

MR solicitors a group of professionals. I got the services of MR solicitors and Mr. Asim deal wid my case. He kept my case on the right track and procedes it in a very gud manner . Alhamdulliah i got my visa. I m thankful to Mr. Asim and team.

Best lawyers firm

Well managed lawyers firm.most important thing for me to stay updated with my case status and no doubt they contacted me as soon as they received any update about my case.its been a year now I win my case through M-R Solicitors and i will still use them in future.
Highly satisfied highly recommended.

Case was handled by Mr Imran.very professional and Responsible although communication could have been better.
