The delivery and the customer service is very very poor. At the same time, there is a trust issue on their delivered medicine as they don't care about the special requirements of medicine like specific storage temperature.

For my mother I ordered diabetic medicines because the price is better than other places, I received my order in 2 days in good package. overall good website can trust now i can use it for monthly refil order. one thing which i dont like website is very slow but agent help me to place order.

My mother has been suffering for the last 5 years with brain Tumor and with the constant travelling from Assam to Chennai and Ahmedabad, meant I could not really purchase her medicines before time. It was alwayws an issue for me.

That changed with MrMed, I had assumed in Guwahati i might not get the medicines on time and travel to a far-off physical pharmacy to get them.

To my surprise, I recieved the medicines on time and even get reminders to buy them. it has truly been a good experience, really.

Possibly the worst pharma website on the entire internet, they hadn't even dispatched my order on the day they said they will deliver, their customer support is ABSOLUTELY TRASH and refunds are VERY VERY hard to get, I order thousands worth of medicine every month and never would I ever recommend this site
STAY AWAY even if the price is low, they are absolute scammmers

I saw review on their delayed delivery still ordered and same story today(1st Nov 2025) they should deliver the medicine but still waiting, they gave 4th Nov for delivery. Not sure whether they understand the patients problem

Ordered mounjaro 10mg 2pcs worth 35000rs and received some other medicine called somatropin worth 1500rs. I gave them warning in the last order and now again they have done another biggest error. Wasted my 6 days on their delivery and purposefully delivered wrong item. I had to take the medicine to dubai. I don’t know about what their intentions are. But i will raise a complaint until i receive my product or full refund. Pls beware of this chennai scammers

Doctor prescribed medicine not available in medical stores then i checked online, i found it is available in MrMed website, which offering medicines at a low price compare to others, I ordered injections which required to maintain temp. Received in good condition in 2 days. Good service and better price.

My grandmother has been fighting cancer for the past four years, and the medicines were very expensive. Later, I came to know about MrMed, and since then, I’ve been connected with them. They offer genuine cancer medicines at big discounts and deliver within just one day. Their support team is very kind and helpful. I’ve been purchasing medicines from MrMed for the last one year, and my experience has been excellent.

Order medicine which was supposed to deliver by 29-30th Sep. Still today it was not delivered, the quirer company phone does not work. Whatapp support person says it will be delivered since Sep 30th until today. We have orders with few buffer but not for four days of buffer.

They are a bunch of unempathetic cheats. They sent a critical injection in a cold box with melted ice packs. The injection 20K worth totally warm. The injection was delivered after 24hours of it being dispatched. An injection that can be delivered the same day took them over 24 hours to deliver and they are insisting I take the injection. Ridiculous. Bunch of illiterate customer service representatives who do not know how to communicate. Pathetic service

We had the most unfortunate and unprofessional experience with this company.our life saving medicine was not delivered in time despite repeated requests and full payment done at time of booking (in lakhs) about a week prior.The coustomer care team is very good at diverting attention and false promises.These people are ruthless in dealing with such delicate issues

I have ordered medicine twice from MRMed and both the time they have cheated. Thy take money for 4 strips but send only 2 strips. This entire thing is a scam and they are just trying to make money by cheating people. Fraud service

Great Customer Support and Service.
I ordered medicines from them a week ago, but exact medicine was not available, thanks to their customer support they called me and update me that the exact medicine will be available in next 2 days. They followed up me and sent the medicine which I want.
