Not sure this will ever be read! By the looks of things they are just terrible! Tonight have ordered on Ap and the food is now late by nearly 2 hours. Tried to cancel the order and they were going to charge me. Market square Sidcup! 21/03/2026. Avoid at all costs. I am now deleting the Ap!

Just been to the Kingston Eden street Mac Donalds and it was awful.
The food was stone cold, the place was covered in food waste and litter. No where upstairs was available to sit due to the mess.
A member of staff was there but doing nothing!! The whole place needs a deep clean and everywhere looks beaten up.
Never again will I go in there, it was rare for me to go in anyway but kids were hungry and our favourite place has closed down.
Do not bother with the place, complete waste of money.

My experience with McDonald's in the Acton area was extremely disappointing.
I first attended the branch on Acton High Road, but ended up leaving without purchasing anything after witnessing a very unpleasant interaction. A female customer asked to use the toilet facilities and a member of staff refused, saying the key had been “lost.” The whole interaction came across as dismissive and rude, and it didn’t feel like the situation was handled professionally.
I then went to the branch in W3 6TJ (North Acton), and what I saw there was even worse. The condition of the toilets was shocking. There appeared to be blood and faeces on the toilet and even on the soap dispenser. This meant that when trying to wash my hands, I had to touch surfaces that were clearly contaminated, including the dispenser and taps. The door handle on the way out also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
For a company the size of McDonald’s, basic hygiene and customer service standards should be a given. Between the rude interaction at one branch and the unhygienic conditions at another, the overall experience was unacceptable.

Ordered on the app for first time for mcdelivery all ordered correctly. Order never appeared even though the courier said it was delivered I even looked out for driver when app said he was 2 minutes away he never appeared. When I contacted a virtual assistant they said because it said delivered there would be no refund so £28 taken for zero delivery could not get through on telephone to local MacDonalds & the MacDonalds virtual assistant did not work. I will never use Mcdelivery again & the company uber eats who deliver for them absolute charlatans & thieves. That’s a lot of money to lose & 2 very disappointed children did not get their promised MacDonalds delivery shame on you

Using uber eats made my first ever order didn’t come and they are refusing a refund,they didn’t count on me having ring cameras did they,IRVINE MACDONALDS-UBER EATS COURIER NAME CURRY

It’s been a very long time since I had a burger so I my wife and I decided to get a Big Mac cheese burger chips and a banana and vanilla milkshake from MacDonald’s in the homebush centre Shoreham what a terrible service I waited for about half an hour then said they ran out of burger sauce this was about 3.30 in the afternoon got home then opened up the bag took one look at a small bun dried up beef patties you couldn’t get any thinner, then a little bit of shredded lettuce, milkshake tasted both like vanilla approx £15.00 never ever again. The usual story a lot of hype but you get cheap dried up ingredients rubbish Service, MacDonald you have lost your way, bad reviews end companies remember this

Ok, it is unbelievable how Ormiston Macdonalds always has issues. Now the app is not working...what the heck....absolutely shocking. No morning coffee grrrrrrr

the hot food was cold worth over 10 pounds of my order. I was given 3.80. How do you reheat a burger with salad and sauce successfully. ..... If the driver didn't have another delivery perhaps the food would have been at least warm.

I wish to make a complaint.
Very Angry and Frustrated.
EVERYTIME I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER.
THEY CAN NEVER FIND MY ADDRESS. HAVING ME STAND OUT AT FRONT GATE (WHEN IM NOT WELL) LOOKING FOR THEM. WHEN IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY ROUND.

Macdonald’s again posting false advertising. The new plus meal is just the £5 saver meal but 59p dearer. The plus? - it gives you more options of stuff no one ever buys and has removed the dip from the deal…you now have ask for it.

It’s also not a medium meal as stated. If you order a tea drink. You still get the tiny cup option only.

The only plus is Macdonalds Profiteeting and getting away with unscrupulous advertising.

Just when you think Macdonalds are rewarding its customers, it goes and kicks them in the teeth.

I’m done with Macdonalds. It’s had so many chances to be the best fast food outlet, but it’s massively overpriced for what you get and it always looks for every opportunity to fleece its loyal customers.

Regarding Macdonalds in Chilwell, Nottingham, all 3 orders of our chips were stale, like rubber, absolutely disgusting but was refused a refund. Won't be ordering a takeaway again, delivery, plus service charges makes ordering out too expensive, especially when it's inedible!

It's not that they're cheap, ordered £15 of food at the Canterbury drive through. Kept me waiting 25 mins despite twice asking the staff where's our order. Had to insist I've placed an order, where is it. Appears that a member of staff did. not record my registration correctly :-( Tried to get a refund via the website with a chatbot promising they'll get back to me......

Asked once again for fresh cooked. Came undercooked. Took it back and asked for a refund. Tapped and still no refund 36 hours later. This is crazy. £10 for a meal i can't eat. And lost my money.

We ordered from McDonald's billacombe Rd Plymouth Devon at 11.30 p.m and still not received it it's now nearly 1 a.m Sunday the third of August 2025
