I’ve always had great service from MagicShine, anything I’ve ordered is always shipped very quickly. I had an issue with my light so sent a message at 9pm, the team responded straight away. Fantastic service!

Great service, had an issue with the website accepting credit card details, contacted Nick at Magicshine and he was extremely helpful and sorted my order for me.
Light is very good and extremely bright.

So bright. Great second light but would easily do as a stand alone light.

Delivery to Switzerland was within a few days and without any problems. The windbreaker bicycle glasses meets my head even when I do not have a narrow head. I did not yet wear it during a ride, but from how it fits my face I don"t expect any negativ surprises

Only issue is the lead to the battery fails after 6 months. My second lead I had to pay for as it failed just after the warranty ran out. Considering that was the second time they could have offer to replace it.
£20 every six months is pretty poor

Great customer care. Thank you - contacted me directly via phone in response to my emailed query. Offered refund for a purchase I made that didn't quite reach my address because I had not given my house number !! What an idiot I am. Product was returned to Magicshineuk and refunded (-P&P of course...cos I am a daft).

I'm a reasonable person but…
I purchased a pair of cycling glasses. Glasses arrived, tried them on and they didn't suit me so of course wanted to return them. Nothing wrong with that, after all buying online is essentially buying blind as we’re just going off reviews and pictures. It’s not like walking into a bricks and mortar store and trying before you buy.
And herein is where the rubbish customer service begins... When I requested to return them for refund, I was told that as I'd removed them from the case and tried them on, I couldn't return them for hygiene reasons… I’m sorry, what?? Hygiene reasons? My polite reply was simply that you cannot expect a customer not to try on the item they’ve just bought and could you point me in the direction of your returns policy stating this (having already scoured there website, I knew that this didn’t exist).
Needless to say no response has (and likely never will be) received..
They seem ignorant to the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) and are breaking the law by not accepting the return. Staying silent on the assumption that you’ll get bored and go away. Well like other reviews on here I’ll be getting my money back whether they like it or not.
Such as shame as I’ve purchased two expensive MTB lights from them and they’ve now lost me as a customer for good and because I’m annoyed, I’ll do my best not to recommend them to anyone.
Buy from them at your peril. Just read the other reviews. Great if all goes well, but if it doesn’t you have been warned..

Brilliant quality, bright lights and great battery life.

The right settings and the right light has enough power to burn bright all night.

Have been using mine for over 3 years now and couldn't be more impressed.

Not had to use customer service, but contact and advice was really friendly and very helpful.

Amazing bit of kit, no problems heading out on night rides in the woods with these lights!! Get a set on you bike!!!

Great light for ebikes. Easy installation, nice power and great construction. I'm very happy with the product in general.

The web site address suggests this company is UK-based but my experience suggests not. Almost a month on from placing my order nothing has arrived. The tracking information states my lights haven't even reached the Royal Mail. No response to my chase up email. Only order from here, if you are happy for a potentially long wait and no customer contact

Very good light (rn 1500) for the price and usability but order was messed up

I have purchased a fair few lights and accessories and am a regular night rider. For the money magicshine lights cant be beat.My monteer v2 6,500 lumen light is brighter than any other lights that my mtb club use (that is unless anyone else suddenly buys the magicshine 8000 or 12,000 versions) and the runtime is amazing. We have people using exposure and hope and they are great but are costly and offer less power.
I will happily be buying from magicshine again if i need anything else. I had a battery go bad just under a year but not only was the battery replaced i was also offered a healthy discount on an even better light. The customer service is amazing.

I have two headlamps and the SeeMee DV taillight and absolutely LOVE each of the Magicshine products. They are quality, long lasting lights for a very affordable price!!
