Bought the Seemee 508 which is excellent. Only issue is that I paid for 48 hour delivery, but there was no stock so they couldn't meet that. No communication either to advise. Tried using the contact form on the website by got no reply. I managed to find an email address on someone else's Trust Pilot review which I tried and was replied to immediately late on a Saturday evening. So that was great. But would have been good to have been told straight away that I'm would have to wait 10 days.

Hasn't been delivered yet, & I've not heard anything about when it will be. On 06 May I was told it had been received & was being processed - & nothing since then. Can't see a way to track it (though I have an order number0.

After 2 items seemingly getting lost by Royal Mail I now have no lights and to date have not been refunded the £76 I have spent.

Had to pay customs, wasnt informed at checkout. Instructions are limited and hard to follow. Product wont pair with remote control or my phone. Product gets worryingly hot.

Purchase went smoothly.

My personal experience with MagicShine® it’s very positive last October I ordered a ray two 600 B a great little light until recently.
I had some issues with overheating and intermittent Bluetooth connection. I emailed Nick the managing director who replied in a very positive manner. He asked me to return the light which I did by Royal mail tracked and just over a week later I received a new replacement. all correspondence was done on email.

I bought the Magicshine rn3000 bike light. The light worked well, but the mount broke off just going down a road. I ordered a new mount which also broke off with no force applied against it, the mount on the light itself also broke off. I emailed them awhile ago and still received no response, and I have been trying to get the issue resolved. Since the product didn't function as it was supposed to I need a refund, as I have not been able to use the light for about half the time I've had it.

Seemee 300. It's a bright light and feels solid but the user experience is poor. It's difficult to know what mode you are in - it seems to change of its own accord and there's no mode indication. The charging port is of a poor design which doesn't keep water out and thus the light gets damaged with no prospect of a warranty return. I wouldn't buy again.

Do not buy from this website!

I ordered a product from this website over a month ago and I still have not received it. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times, but they have not responded to my emails.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this website. I would not recommend buying from them to anyone.

I have emailed Magicshine 3 times over the last couple of weeks, once for product information and twice about missing items from an order, and not had a reply to any of my messages to date.

Come on Magicshine, if you are looking to promote your brand and receive glowing customer reviews, you must do better at responding to and resolving customer enquiries and queries.

Can someone please contact me regarding my two previous emails about missing items from my order. Its not so much about what has gone wrong, but more about how it is handled and resolved.
