Arrived quickly, great to use, my hair has never looked so healthy, gives a lovely natural effect, best hair styling product I have bought in ages.

DO NOT BUY! THEY CHARGED ME OVER $800 WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE ORDER! GOING THRU FRAUD BOW BUT WHAT A PAIN AS I HAVE AUTOPAYS WOTH MY DEBIT CARD THAT ALLLLLLL NEED TO BE CHANGED.

IT'S A SCAM. 5-in-1 MultiFunctional Hair Curling Dryer Comb Hot Air Styler Brush. ‘TP-5+1 HOT Air Styler’ is nothing like what I ordered and on checking back to the ad I can see how cleverly they fool you into buying a very inferior product. On checking the Government Office for Product Safety and Standards, this is on their report 'Serious Risk. Type - Electric Shock Risk. Description - The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as there is inadequate
protection against accidental contact with live parts. If a user were to touch a part which is live, they would receive an electric shock.
The product also requires improvement to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
CorrectiveMeasures - We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the
distributor you purchased from to request redress.

This sparked as I was drying my hair. I smelt a burning smell so stopped using it straight away. I have emailed them - let’s see if they come back to me, but after reading all these reviews on here, it looks like they won’t reply or refund me… we will see!!!

I ordered after being 'influenced' but quickly after ordering checked trust pilot and then went onto cancel within half an hour after ordering. They acknowledged my cancellation but then still sent to me. They have not refunded me and saying I need to pay to return goods nd pay an 8% handling fee for their error!

All the while trying to haggle with me to keep the goods if I accept a 20% discount!

AVOID!!!!

Scam company!!!! Avoid avoid avoid I believe any positive reviews on this are fake! They have to be as all the other ones are having the same problems I sent the product back as it was faulty it was also a nasty horrible cheap product I have proof as it was a tracked delivery before that I must have sent 30 odd emails explaining that the item was faulty I was within my rights to send back for a full refund they have never refunded me or got bank to me all the positive reviews must 100% be fake this company needs shutting down now!

Satisfaction guarantee is total BS.
can't take a return if it's been used- but then how can you have a guarantee like that? Also, you pay shipping and then they suddenly added an 8% fee. NONE of this is on thier website.
The styler itself is low quality and would have taken his to dry my hair. Also made a high pitched squeel and want like the pictures at all- it was bright turquoise orange.

The styler was very easy to use and the results were fantastic. :)

Horrific customer service. Offers a guarantee to return but have held my money for months now without returning to me. I jumped through hoops and was very patient in returning my item, but they still are holding onto my money.
I will be bringing the ombudsman into this. I am shocked and disgusted. DO NOT BUY.

Delivery DOES NOT take 3 -5 days as stated. Product was delivered very late so as soon I received it I tried to return back ,brand new and un opened on the same day. Magicstyler take a long time to reply back and do everything they can to avoid the return process.16 days later from first contacting them and receiving the item ,I am given the link for the return portal which I had previously used to arrange a return, I find i am blocked to return it. They advertise that if you are not happy with your product they do a 30 day back guarantee, I can't even return a brand new ,unopened product within 18 days.Please take my advice and AVOID this company at all costs and please warn others not to purchase from here.

First order came with a cut in the cord. They sent another I have not opened it yet I sent company a photo of unopened package and they still denied refund. Very poor quality. Original was way too big for small hands not enough power to curl anything. Do not recommend

Product is terrible, it gets hot very quickly, so trying to change the heads was very challenging.

When you try to return they will deny because you’ve probably touched it and they say sorry it is unhygienic already.

People can return clothes which you try skin to skin, but touching a hairdryer you can’t. What a joke!

Worst and will take total advantage of you. Product took 3 weeks for delivery. If I had of realized it was not US based, I would of never purchsed it.

Then it gets here and I tried it, and one of the products didn't even work. I contacted the retailer and they denied a return.

I even did this within their 30 day window, but, how about this, if you try it, you can't return it. So how are you supposed to know it works?

I placed and paid my order on 2 December 2024. Almost 3 months later, I have not received it and had one email with a response to my multiple requests. I wish I've read all the reviews in advance. I used the Facebook link for this purchase.
What a waste of time and money!

I chose the navy blue set, and it’s absolutely perfect! The styler is exactly as described, easy to use, and delivers amazing results. The quality is excellent, and it’s great value for money. Fast shipping with tracking updates made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Buyer BEWARE!
I wished I had read these reviews before placing my order! The best thing I can say about is the $100.00 I spent and cannot get refunded was a valuable learning lesson.
I order the MagicStlyer before Christmas for personal use as a gift to myself. It took over three weeks to arrive, sorta expected since it no doubt came from China. When I finally received it I immediately tried it out and was EXTREMELY dissatisfied and started the process for "return for refund". The customer service team offered a reduce price and suggested I might want to use it as a gift.
Oh and the return policy states it cannot be returned if it had been used? WHAT?
I refused the discounted price and continued with the return. I put in the order number as stated on my invoice, and no order was found. I wrote to the customer service team with my findings and they responded and verified I was using the right order number. I tried again the same results. Customer Serviced asked that I send them photos of the error I was receiving. I took screen shots and again sent the the e-mail. Please note they do not response quickly and take their time to help to correct the problem. Two months later on February 12 2025 in bold letters they gave me the correct way to enter the order number. I was so excited thinking I would finally get this resolved, but now the window of return is closed! SO FRUSTRATING and a waste of my time.
I believe this is a very POOR business model and I hope this review will prevent the next sucker from making the same mistake just don't buy this product!

Said my product was rejected for a return. It all in the original packaging with no damage or changes to how it arrived and they would not provide address to return the product. Product is really poor
