Complete rubbish, waste of money, don't buy! And they say they've got money back guarantee if you're not satisfied bit then policy says only accept returns back to China with original tags etc, basically unused, how can you know if you're happy with it or not without using it and then cost of dispatch is higher then the product, absolute rubbish, and it really does not do what is promised, only burns hair!

Very happy with the magic styler and how easy it is to use and the delivery time was good too

The item is low quality but also what's worse, they DO NOT LET YOU RETURN IT, despite what they state on their website. Avoid anything from this company!

WARNING!! They have more than one iteration of the company name in Trustpilot. Check in Google for the other Trustpilot reviews where they are trying to trick people into seeing only positive reviews. If you can write in both sites it will help.

Returned as bought by mistake, never opened or used. They were very difficult to get a return address from, it took weeks.

Eventually I sent it back. Refund was confirmed but they made up an 8% handling fee and said shipping was to be deducted meaning they kept £20!!! I can’t find this cited in their policy at all.

I paid for shipping to the address they gave me so how can they charge me for shipping?

They are breaking consumer laws

This is the cheapest product I’ve bought in a long time. Then the insult is that the company won’t process a return!! They offered me 15% money back and still won’t give me an address of where to send a return or how to process a return!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrific. Product not at all as described - misleading advertising and faulty product. Air barely gets hot and none of the attachments work. Contacted to return and they said product must be unopened so they can resell the item. Shocking and in direct violation of UK consumer law. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I'll be escalating to the UK consumer protection bureau.. they should not be allowed to sell in the UK without following UK law. I'll open a fraud case with my bank if they don't take back their defective and fraudulently described product and refund my money.

I had doubts before buying as it might not get delivered or so.But gladly it doesn’t happen.If you want to buy similar to Dyson this is best option for a good price.I used it and their brushes are really good. I would say that heating should be little more but other it’s a great product and I recommend to buy!!!

This company is a complete scam. Do not buy from them! When I tried to return my order just a day after receiving it, their return portal claimed it was already closed. When I reached out via email, they said I couldn’t return it if I had used it—yet their website is covered in promises of a “30-Day Evaluation Period. Love it or Return it.”

I’ve been requesting a return address for weeks, but they keep stalling, clearly trying to run out the 30-day period so they can deny my return. It’s an absolute joke.

When I received my magic Styler it would not click into place to make the attachment work. I am having a very difficult time contacting them.

The product took almost 30 days to arrive. When I finally got it and opened it up I was not impressed with the quality of the product. The brushes are too small for someone who doesn't have short hair.
When I attempted a return online I was rejected. I have now been in a back and forth email discussion with customer service for a couple of weeks.
They claim opening the product voids a return. I'm not sure how one buys a $100 hair appliance and does not open or attempt to use it before returning it. The only solution, as they see it as a means to maintain customer satisfaction, is to offer a 25% return.
It's disgraceful, unprofessional and absolutely in no way shape or form a means of customer satisfaction.
The fact that this product just cannot meet my needs should not be my penalty. Paying more than half for a product I will not use seems ridiculous. If they wish to create and maintain customer satisfaction than they should continue development on their product. Thereby creating less need for returns.

Try as I might, I could not get the styler to work on my hair. When I contacted them to return it they told me that, for hygienic reasons, they would not allow me to return it. What a waste of time and money.

The styler arrived in time etc but it's useless. No power at all and non of the attachments work.

I ordered the AirStyler for my wife and it just didn't work at all on her hair, so I wrote to Customer Service to initiate a return and refund. Responses have been unreliable and despite offering a risk-free 30 day trial on the website they are refusing to allow me to return the item for a refund because the item was used once. How can you have a 30-trial without actually using the item? Poor product, poor customer service, and poor return policy. Don't waste your time or money.

I finally have all the different brushes I need with one item.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the purchase delivered . Unfortunately, the product has multiple issues that have left me extremely disappointed:
Delayed Delivery: The package arrived significantly later than expected.
Poor Condition: The item was delivered in damaged condition.
Incorrect Currency Charge: I was charged in euros instead of the expected USD, which is not acceptable. So please asure to make the return in the same currency.

Product Malfunction: The product is not functioning correctly—it produces a broken-like sound and does not heat as intended.

I wrote to refund my money since the first day I recived the product (in december) and everthing has been so complicate.. spam emails, bad services.. and of course they don´t accomplish what mentions on their website.... reaalllyyy super bad product and service !!!!!! DON´T BUY

Additionally, they proposed refund of 35% is inadequate, considering the state of the product and the financial impact on my end. To make this resolution fair, I request a minimum refund of 60%. Retaining a product that is damaged and non-functional is not a viable solution for me, and I am incurring significant losses.

I was not satisfied with the product and attempting to return it but the company makes the return process extremely arduous. I have never had such a difficult time returning a product. Buyer beware!!!

This curler is not strong enough to suck the hair against it so it doesn’t not curl! Horrible product and worse customer service!! They refused to let me return the item. Don’t get scammed, don’t buy this!

It took a few tries before I could get the hang of it, but once I did, it worked great.
