Kept me informed all the way to deliver

I had been looking for the perfect bridesmaid dresses for a while with no luck, then I came across Maids to measure. I found the perfect dress with the most beautiful shade of blue. I ordered the satin tie shoulder dress in cornflower blue, They arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality. The dresses are very flattering and suit any body type!

Really lovely quality dresses, great range of styles and colours, we needed a very vibrant pink which often is available for bridesmaids dresses and the colour is as it appears in the photos. Dresses came swiftly and packaged well.

I recently ordered a single dress just to try as a potential colour for my 7 bridesmaids. Everyone loves it! I’ll be returning this one as we’re not sure on sizes and style but the quality of the dress is fantastic. Everyone is a different age, shape and size and I think maids to measure have the perfect amount of styles to suit everyone.

Jess was so helpful from the moment I walked into the shop to the moment we left. She gave me great advice, happily took photos and gave great style tips too. Overall a great experience

Me and my bridesmaids recently went to an in-store appointment at Maids to Measure and had the best time. Jess was extremely helpful, listened to what I was after and ensured everyone was comfortable. The shop itself is beautifully decorated and has loads of natural light, so it was a great setting to try on dresses. We left with a clear idea of what sizes and styles were in stock and placed an order online the next day, which was also all really straightforward. I'd highly recommend to any other brides!

I have been looking for a dress for ages and found nothing. Went here and found 3 I completely loved. Would very much recommend

Ordered 2 dresses, different shades of blue - one was green and one was more lilac upon arrival.
Dresses felt nice quality, just wrong colour.

Issue receiving refunds due to them not receiving messages from ‘offline chat’ function (despite receiving message sent confirmation). Still awaiting refunds, but apologies received for the delay.

Such a great experience in store and online! We tried on dresses in the store then waited for the right sizes to come online. Beautiful dresses, which made it so hard to choose.

The delivery never arrived, initially got an email on the Sunday that the parcel was due to be delivered on the Tuesday. Then on the Saturday I got an email saying the parcel was being returned to vendor. It was never attempted to be delivered and nobody has got back to my email querying this.

Ordered two bridesmaid dresses for my daughter to try on, and then returned one which was too small. Having been told in the shop that it was free returns, we had to pay to return, and now - over a month later - I still haven't had a refund, even though they acknowledged receipt the day it arrived with them. I've raised this with them, and over a week later, still no joy in obtaining the refund. I've now raised a dispute through Amex. Suggest buying on a credit card if you can and keeping an eye out for refunds if you are owed, as it seems their processes leave something to be desired...
