This is definitely my go-to shopping spot to get all my maker needs. Super good deals and good quality. The crackling wooden wicks are amazing. The fact it tracks your debit card purchases for you is super convenient.

We recently purchased the 12oz aura vessels and I am in love with each of the prism colors we purchased. They arrived quickly and intact and our customers absolutely love them!!

I use the coconut apricot wax and love it.
I have searched other sites for wooden wicks, but their website has the best way for you to find the right size wick.

I started using Makesy primarily to upgrade my candles to wooden wicks for a better experience for my customers. I sell online and in person.

Months after I've made and sold dozens of candles, my listings are being removed from sites and then I'm getting threatening emails about patent infringement.

Per the terms and conditions you HAVE to click in order to buy from their site, it states the patent must be displayed on the packaging. They offer candle warning labels to be placed on the bottom of the candles that have the patent on it (that are way too expensive, as is everything they sell) but I make my own. I contacted customer service and they said it has to be displayed on the packaging. Ok great, but it's on the packaging. I asked why my listings are being removed and how to keep that from happening, the rep ignored my question.

Every page I've found or been sent that has to do with the patents states something slightly different. None of the documentation that I can find or have been sent explains how to comply when selling on the internet. A different customer service rep said to take a picture of the bottom of the candle to display with listings, which I find entirely stupid especially given the limited quantity of photos allowed on most sites. The management person that my emails were supposed to be forwarded to (to reinstate my listings and let me know that I am or am not within compliance now) has not responded after weeks of waiting.

Nothing like punishing your customers for buying your products by removing their opportunity to sell them and make you more money. Never have I been treated like a criminal for legally purchasing someone's "wholesale" products and abiding by their terms. I hope to find a different and cheaper wholesaler.

I received my sample wicks today and I am only going to give 4 stars due to the small and light print font on the wick packages and also the website, I also wish there was a way to identify each wick size with the actual wick on the package. I poured some candles with a few of the samples and they would not stay lit. Is it necessary to let the wicks absorb the wax/FO for 72 hours before testing? (I did use a match) I also had a difficult time with the X wicks and trimming them to size without them falling apart. I really like the “idea” of wooden wicks and what ambience they add to a Candle and would welcome and appreciate some guidance on these issues.

I absolutely LOVE Makesy! I've been making candles for almost a year now and they (Wooden Wick at the time) quickly became my favorite go-to. The Aura vessels are what I intend to use when I launch in June, so I've been stocking up. I recently placed a large order of vessels and to my horror, six jars were completely shattered! I immediately took a picture, uploaded it to the site, and sent it. The only thing I indicated was, "Six of my jars are shattered." I promise you, it wasn't a full 24 hours before I received an email saying that my six jars shipped! I also received an email expressing how sorry they were for the mishap. Great customer service and loyalty mean the world to me, and for the great service that was provided to me (along with amazing products & prices), Makesy has my loyalty!
