I am so impressed with MBL. Jayne and the team have the perfect mix of efficiency and personal touch. Got my property rent ready and carried out viewings in record time. Cannot say enough positive things and I could also see that the same level of service is offered to tenants.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Managed by Landlords! Jayne was extremely helpful and ensured that the letting experience was seamless and stress free. Jayne went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to rent the property in a timely manner. I received constant communication and reassurance during the entire process which made what is usually a stressful move, a very pleasant & exciting experience. Jayne explained the process every step of the way and answered any questions I had promptly. I’m extremely touched and appreciate the sheer amount of effort that Jayne made that goes far beyond experiences I have had in the past and throughly recommend Managed by Landlords.

I was contacted by Jayne to carry out a repair on one of her properties from start to finish it was smooth and very responsive one there part, job was quoted and within minutes it was approved very professional company and it was nice to hear that they know what they talking about unlike others I have worked for I would love to work with them again in the future.

Jayne helped me recently in project managing a light refurb/re-décor of my HMO based in Salford in addition to acting as my Managing agent. It was absolute pleasure working with Jayne & Jonathan and huge respect for their advises🤝. Both of them are Highly professional and friendly with extensive knowledge on property.
My HMO wasn't doing well for last 2 years and found them after great reviews on FB. Guess what, all rooms filled in within few weeks of advertising after we did the refurb as Jayne suggested. That's how powerful their team is💪. As a management agent they are on top of all things 🕵️‍♂️ including compliance which plays a huge role in HMO's!

Jayne and the team work day and night for me and the manages my property as their own. They come up with a great solution to every problem and also very friendly with the tenants. Jayne is so polite to the tenants and makes them thinking our way. Jayne also guides me in such a way so I can make informed decisions.

I am now planning to use Jayne and team for in everything that is property related,i.e interior design, property sourcing, finance, and above all Portfolio Building.

Been working with lovely Jayne from Managed by Landlords for several week, we run a heating services called Arian Heating Ltd, they provid great services for they client, matter of fact Jayne introduce me to thermostat control for heating specially designed for landlords with several properties, which i haven't came accross before, given all credit to her for hard research. Highly recommended!

I was recommended Managed By Landlords by several people in the UK particularly for managing BTL’s and HMOs and very impressed with their service. They genuinely care about their clients, offer excellent customer service and very responsive to concerns and issues. They treat each of their client’s properties as their own. This is one of the most unique things I love about MBL.

I discovered Managed By Landlords (MBL) via a Facebook group for property investors when I was on the hunt for a management company to look after my first HMO. MBL promised they were different to your average lettings agent/management company, being landlords themselves they have been through their fair share of management companies who have failed to deliver and therefore have learnt the hard way so that their customers don’t have to.

Since engaging with MBL I have not been disappointed, they have been fantastic, extremely professional and proactive.

Whilst I thought my property was ready to be let MBL recommended a number of things I had missed as well as things I could do to attract better quality tenants and make my life as a landlord hassle free. They also made sure that my property was safe for the tenants and that I had everything covered in terms of compliance so that there would be no issues going forward.

MBL have marketed my property across multiple platforms and have attracted lots of interest, they were able to advise the ideal rates to attract good quality tenants but also fair rates for the quality of the property.

Prior to tenants moving in MBL were on hand to perform final checks of the property to make sure there were no issues, they even got their hands dirty and cleaned up the final bit of mess that the builders left.

Since our property has been tenanted MBL have been in communication with the tenants and myself and I can tell that their emphasis is on dealing with things on my behalf so that I don’t have to.

The properties that Managed by Landlords have are all great quality, and services they provide for managing are second to none. It's in their name! You can tell the team are passionate about properties, and Jayne does everything possible to ensure the properties get let as well as possible with quality tenants.

I can say a lot of things about Jayne but the one thing I can say is that she is absolute star of a help. She is quick with it, very highly profession and the upmost friendly person I have come across that gets everything done before the deadline. Couldn’t recommend anyone else in trusting to find a property she is amazing!!!! 5* to her

Jayney White is a lovely lady and an extremely good landlord.
She takes extremely good care of her properties and is very good to carry out work for...providing clear and detailed instructions...pleasure to work for.

As a heating engineer for the last 25year i have worked with thousands of customers/clients and companys in the surrounding trades , but i can honestly say i have never worked for a more professional companys than "Managed by Landlords" they are always on the ball as soon there is an issue an always put there tenants and clients first. I've contacted for this company for a very long time. And have nothing but praises about them. I do... and will keep recommending them to as many people as i can.
