I think one of the biggest problems in BTL are incompetent property management companies.

However I've been lucky enough to meet Jayne and her team at Managed By Landlords who have been a breath of fresh air. They are EXACTLY how good management companies should be run

I live in a property looked after by Managed by Landlords. I’ve been looked after really well, and am really well cared for. Maintenance issues have been dealt with rapidly and I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Managed by Landlords!!!

I met Jayne serendipitously after a number of issues with builders and project managers on a project in Coventry. Being based in London it was becoming increasingly difficult for me to manage the final stages of the build. Jayne offered to help out and and I am forever thankful for her support and expertise in getting the project over the line. As soon as Jayne founded Managed By Landlords there was no doubt who I would use to market and manage the property. Jayne and the team and MBL were fantastic in finding the right tenant for the property and have been excellent in managing some of the post build issues that have arisen with the property. Jayne and the MBL team are the ultimate power team and I am excited to continue working with them.
