Buongiorno, ci dispiace molto leggere quanto indicato, tuttavia desideriamo precisare che non abbiamo mai ricevuto una segnalazione da parte Sua in merito a questo modello.
Desideriamo comunque rassicurarLa che mettiamo sempre la massima cura nella qualità dei prodotti e dei materiali utilizzati, e ci impegniamo a garantire un servizio di assistenza impeccabile a tutti i nostri clienti.
Inoltre, per il modello in questione non risultano precedenti segnalazioni simili da parte di altri clienti, il che ci permette di confermare l’affidabilità e gli standard qualitativi del prodotto.

The statement that our items are comparable to low-cost platforms is not accurate. Our products are crafted with certified materials, and their quality cannot in any way be compared to what you described.
Regarding your comment about exchanges in our Italian stores, we confirm that in-store exchanges for online purchases are indeed allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. This policy is clearly indicated on our website, and all customers—including yourself—acknowledge having read and accepted our terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
We are sorry if your experience in store did not reflect our usual service standards, and we regret that this led to such frustration. Your feedback is important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to look into the matter in more detail.

Hello, thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that UPS attempted the delivery, but the tracking information indicated: “The receiver has moved. We’re attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver.”
For this reason, the delivery required additional time. Unfortunately, situations of this nature are completely managed by the courier, and we are not responsible for such delays.
Furthermore, after checking our system, we could not find any record of you having contacted us to report a problem. We are always available to assist our customers, and we would have been happy to help you promptly.
We would also like to reassure you of the quality of our products and the materials we use, which follow strict standards and reflect our commitment to craftsmanship.

We also kindly note that our team requested photos and videos in order to evaluate your claim, but we did not receive any further response from you. Without documentation or evidence, it is not possible for us to assess the situation or confirm the existence of a defect.
Furthermore, our Customer Service team is trained to offer support with professionalism and courtesy, and we stand by their conduct. We are committed to providing clear, respectful, and helpful assistance.
As the item was used, reported only weeks after purchase, and no proof of defect was provided, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return. Desideriamo informarla che da diversi mesi è attivo il servizio di ritiro gratuito in store presso il nostro negozio ufficiale di Milano in Via Mercato 3. Probabilmente si è verificato un piccolo problema durante l’inserimento dei dati di spedizione, ma possiamo confermare che il nostro sito non presenta alcun malfunzionamento.
