Bedankt voor je feedback. We doen altijd ons best om ervoor te zorgen dat onze productafbeeldingen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk zijn, maar kleuren kunnen er anders uitzien afhankelijk van de scherminstellingen en de belichting, waardoor er soms kleine afwijkingen kunnen ontstaan. Daarom bieden we ook stalen aan, zodat klanten de afwerkingen zelf kunnen bekijken voordat ze bestellen. We zijn blij te horen dat je ons klantenserviceteam vriendelijk en behulpzaam vond, en we waarderen het dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen.

Zur Klarstellung: Bei dem von Ihnen ausgewählten Artikel handelt es sich um ein Zusatzprodukt, das zum reduzierten Preis nur zusammen mit einem anderen Produkt über 99 € erhältlich ist (wie in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben). Zu diesem Preis ist es nur zusammen mit dem Hauptprodukt erhältlich, auf unserer Website ist es jedoch auch einzeln zum regulären höheren Preis erhältlich.

Aus Kulanz haben wir Ihnen angeboten, Ihrer Bestellung entweder einen Schreibtisch hinzuzufügen oder die Matte inklusive Versand für 10,36 € zu erwerben – immer noch günstiger als der reguläre Einzelpreis. Wir hoffen, dass wir damit Missverständnisse ausräumen können. Our Chiva chairs are handcrafted from natural rattan and rustic wood, which means each piece is unique and may feature some variation in finish and detail. We understand this may not be to everyone’s preference, but these characteristics are part of the design.
