Unser dritter Einkauf bei MarcelOlsen. Und wie bereits zuvor besticht das Unternehmen mit einer unglaublich raschen, sympatischen und informativen Kommunikation sowie rasche Lieferungen.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen bei den ersten beiden Bestellungen war die Anlieferung der Ware. Man muss sich darÃŒber bewusst sein, dass die Ware vor dem Haus abgestellt wird, und das vor Ort entsprechend organisiert werden muss. Bei der zweiten Bestellung gab es darÃŒber hinaus eine schlechte Kommunikation mit der Logistikfirma vor Ort. Kollegen haben stundenlang gewartet und keine Information erhalten, dass der Fahrer am avisierten Tag nicht mehr ausliefert.
Diese Probleme sind aber nurmehr bedingt der EinflussspÀhre von MarcelOlsen zuzurechnen.
Wenngleich eine klar ersichtliche und wÀhlbare Option (auch mit Aufpreis) fÌr eine Anlieferung bis ins BÌro oder die Wohnung wÌnschenswert gewesen wÀre.
