Livraison efficace, le bureau est trÚs bien emballé (bien protégé avec des matériaux plutÃŽt respectueux de lâenvironnement. Le bureau est solide et de ce que lâon a pu voir aprÚs quelques jours dâutilisation est dâune trÚs bonne qualité. 2 piÚces ont été reçues avec des défauts de moyenne taille, ce qui indique des défaillances potentielles lors des checks de qualité avant le packaging du bureau ou quâun accident a pu se produire lors du packaging. Le retour du produit nâest pas une option simple, nous sommes donc obligés à garder le bureau en son état (heureusement il fonctionne sans impact visible sur le mécanisme électrique).
Le service aprÚs-vente est trÚs réactif, malgré le fait que leur responses à ma réclamation ne me semblent pas tout à fait satisfaisantes.
Le texte du tutoriel du contrÎle électrique pour régler la hauteur, peut être amélioré pour faciliter sa compréhension.
Je suis quand même contente avec notre nouveau bureau Jacob Bek qui nous apporte déjà de lâergonomie et du confort.

J'ai commandé une chaise de bureau MAGNIFIQUE le lundi 29 juillet 24 et reçue le mercredi 31 juillet 24 en fin de matinée, à peine 2 jours pour un colis venant d'Espagne. Agréablement surprise par la rapidité d'envoi et gratuit. A l'ouverture du carton, trÚs bien emballé et vraiment protégé par de multiples couches de papier bulle, ma chaise de bureau que j'ai monté en un rien de temps. Elle est magnifique avec un design que l'on ne trouve pas ailleurs. Franchement je recommande ce site qui m'a complÚtement conquise.

Goede verpakking, de onderdelen goed ingedeeld en gerangschikt. Handleiding gevolgd en is uitstekend en duidelijk zelf te doen. Je kan bijna niet fout doen. Goed materiaal en boven verwachting een goede prijs voor wat de tafel allemaal kan. Ruimte voor laptop, grote schermen, speakers, muismat en in hoogte verstelbaar. Tot nu toe voor mij de allerbeste multifunctioneel bureau.
