Package arrived totally destroyed, very uncomfortable and leather feels like plastic

Package arrived totally destroyed, the quality is terrible as the leather feels like synthetic and the product much uglier than the pictures.
Also walking with their sneakers is a nightmare as the shoe is so rigid and the sole very uncomfortable.
I would not recommend purchasing items from Martin Valen to anyone.

My third Shoe arrived yesterday and i absoloutly love it like always ! Also with 3 Gifts inside awesome ! I love the quality and i always get asked from people which brand are these shoes cause they looked so fresh. Definetly not my last one ! :)

Produto com qualidade, tempo de espera é rápido, vale apena comprar nesta pagina, não se vão arrepender.

Hace ya 8 días que hice mi pedido y no le ha llegado ni me contestan a los correos las zapatillas eran para una ocasión especial si no las tengo a tiempo tendré que devolverlas

En el comentario anterior comenté que habían pasado tres semanas y aún no me habían reembolsado el dinero del pedido cancelado; es justo comentar que hace unos días recibí el importe neto de dicho reembolso.

Effettuo un ordine di 2 scarpe il sabato, il lunedì dopo spediscono e venerdì arriva il pacco: lo apro e c'è solo un paio. A quanto pare ne spediscono una per volta per evitare sovraprezzi della dogana. Passa una settimana e ancora nulla delle altre scarpe, chiedo informazioni tramite email e non mi rispondono, li contatto tramite Facebook e mi dicono che in poco tempo le avrebbero spedite. Passa un'altra settimana e mi rispondono alle prime email dicendo che avevano finito i pezzi ma che in pochi giorni ci sarebbe stato un restock e le avrebbero spedite. E' passato un mese dal pagamento e delle mie scarpe non ho ancora notizie. Li ho contattati per un rimborso ma, ovviamente, non rispondono.

AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo qualche giorno mi hanno risposto e mi hanno rimborsato. Aggiorno da 1 stella a 2 giusto perchè sono stati rapidi nel farlo.

Ordered trainers which were slightly delayed to the UK and then read reviews on here and panicked. Company emailed back addressing my concerns and offered discount on next order. Trainers are fantastic quality and going to order another pair - g k9oes to show, don't believe everything you read!

I am very happy with my sneakers, I ordered the Women's Hype Sole Zipped Style Sneakers and thought they would be heavy but they are very light. Customer service was very diligent after a little misunderstanding.

SKANDAL! Eine absolute Betrügerfirma. Habe fast zwei Monate auf die Ware gewartet. Schuhe kamen schmutzig an. Sehr billiges und stinkendes Material.
Rücksendung ist schwerer als gedacht, da die Firma bei UPS so oft wie möglich Empfängeradresse ändert. Dadurch wurde aus Expresslieferung eine Lieferung von 6 Wochen. Nach nun über einem Monat immernoch kein Geld. Letzter Ausweg: Anwalt und diese Betrüger zur Rechenschaft ziehen.

Es verdad que son un desastre en los envíos, he estado casi un mes esperando mis zapatillas, al final no llegaron.
Me puse en contacto con ellos para que me devolvieran el dinero ya que no tenía noticias de cuándo llegarían y en cuestión de horas me hicieron la devolución.
Un 10 para ellos en este sentido.

No compren esta marca, son todo problemas para las devoluciones, y alargan las respuestas, encima la devolución habría que hacerla fuera de España a coste para el comprador. Esto es del todo ilegal en España y UE, ya que estamos protegidos por las leyes de protección al Consumidor, pero como son de fuera se lo pasan por el forro. Lo dicho, si no quiere tener problemas, no Compre en caso alguno Martín Valen.

Me tardó un mes y un poco pero a valido la pena la espera , muy buena calidad y acordé con el precio

At the time of my purchase, this company had a 4star review. I read the bad review but decided to try my luck. Turns out, all what I'm going through now is what other people have experienced and tried warning others here.
I ordered 2 shoes on the 3rd of February. Momemts later, I get an email saying shoes has been dispatch. I was like well, this went on fast. And then not long after, I get another email from these clowns telling me the shoes will be sent Seperately and it's what they do to avoid custom duty. They had the audacity to go on and say I should try the shoes and if everything is OK, I should let them know so that they send the 2nd pair of shoes. I ordered from this site because it promises a 3-5 day European delivery. Long story short, after I disagree with them for sending my orders Seperately, I realise I will be ending up with 1 shoes that will make it in time before I fly out for my holidays. So I went to see which shoes they sent and it was a size 36(this was my fault as I meant to chose 44 and 36 was close and I must have probably chosen the wrong size). Needless to say it set me in a panic. I email them. I begged. I pleaded,for the shoes with the right size to be immediately dispatched so that it can make it to me on time before i leave. I lost count of the number of email I sent them. I begged them for what I paid. Explaining to them I needed the shoes to travel. I even went as far as putting in my travel itinerary for them to see my flight date. I told them the other shoes arrived after 4 days(not counting Sunday) so if they dispatch my shoes on Monday I will get it on Friday before I leave on Saturday. Still no response. I emailed them Tuesday again. Still no response. And the status of the second shoes is still showing "processing". So for a company that promises u 3-5 days delivery and processing a delivery after 6 days from order, I will call this company a scam. I spent 179€ and will have no shoes to take with me for my holidays on Saturday. I'm going to take this as far as I can. I will report it to the financial ombudsman and follow it up until something is done about it. It's a shame cos the lost a client in me as I was planning to buy every chunky sneaker model they had by the end of this year. Once again, if you are planning to order from this company, listen to others and to me and don't put yourself in a world of hurt.

Recibí mi pedido y tuve que cambiarlo porque me quedaban pequeños. El servicio de atención al cliente es ESPECTACULAR!, solamente quiero agradecer a MARTIN VALEN el trato recibido, ayer me ha llegado mi pedido de nuevo y tengo que decir que el producto es increíble!, el packaging de entrega es precioso y se nota que cuidan el detalle hasta en los olores del interior de la caja. Entiendo que todas las criticas negativas serán de la competencia porque de verdad que las leo y no lo entiendo, y además puedo demostrar lo que digo con los correos enviados a MARTIN VALEN, igual los que tanto critican no pueden decir lo mismo, en fin. Desde que he recibido mi primer pedido me declaro fan de la marca y por supuesto que volveré a realizar otros pedidos.

Had twee paar schoenen besteld. Een paar kwam snel binnen en met deze ben ik ook tevreden. Mooie doos met schoenlepel, tasje en een ketting inbegrepen.

Echter het tweede paar duurde wel erg lang, bijna twee maanden. Had het op Black Friday besteld en het kwam 8 januari binnen. Dit maakte me eigenlijk niet zo heel veel uit, maar ze zijn te klein, dus wilde ik ze retourneren. Dit heb ik alleen nooit kunnen doen. In het retour beleid van Martin Valen staat het volgende: 'Met betrekking tot uw retourzending, vragen we u contact op te nemen via het e-mailadres (hier staat dan het e-mailadres, maar dit mag niet in een review staan). We zullen u begeleiden in het terugsturen van het pakket naar ons.'

Dit dus drie maal gedaan (in het Engels en Nederlands) maar geen reactie gekregen (en ja ongewenste e-mail/ spam vaak gecontroleerd). Er wordt geen retour formulier bij de schoenen gedaan, dus ik kon niets (zo'n formulier krijg je wel bijvoorbeeld als je iets bij Zalando bestelt).

Daarnaast ook een keer gemaild of er enige update was over mijn tweede paar schoenen, maar hier ook nooit reactie op gekregen.

Nu zit ik dus met schoenen van 80 euro waar ik niks mee kan.....

Wat ik wel inmiddels kan waarderen is dat ze na bijna 2 jaar (februari 2024) als nog contact met me hebben opgezocht om hiervoor excuses aan te bieden en hebben een kleine verzachting aangeboden van de trammelant toen ter tijd (als boven beschreven).
