Fast, super helpful and many options. Even after a problem i had, the support managed to help me superfast. I am more then happy.

I find the notifications helpful and the process of transferring my money to my bank account very easy

The only good thing about this company is low fees .
My experience was very bad . After 2 weeks of some issue with my account verification I was hacked and lost 530$ and they will not investigate it or give you a refund .

I tried to withdraw money it showed me that money was sent successfully I see my wallet is empty again I tried and again 3 times I had full all this info on account. They send me alert that it’s not me and on the date and time area they wrote 1970 year 00:00 time I didn’t get this alert… I just used my other phone not more.. it takes too much time

Fast service received my money instantly in my South African bank

This is my very first time receiving money with MassPay and I was amazed by the quick process of creating my account and getting verified and receiving my funds by interact e-transfer to my Canadian bank account within minutes. Very disappointing experience with MassPay. My account was blocked without a clear explanation, and I received conflicting information from different representatives about whether it would be reopened. The lack of transparency and coordination between departments left me unable to access my earnings for an extended period of time. I would not recommend this service based on my experienc

I requested a payment via PayPal on May 29, and everything went great. I gave only 4 stars because they charge $10 for every month I don't request a payment. Maybe that's how they operate, and I didn't know this.

The payments have always arrived super fast as well as the transfers. Nothing to complain about! Clear platform, works well and feels safe to work with. I also personally like how it notifies me about the payments received -the minute they arrive- through sms and email, as well as the transfers being sent. Its a serious company, from my perspective of amateur freelancer.
