Very good, despite some unforeseen circumstances.

If the app gives you options to pay a fee so that you may choose the option for instant pay… then it should instantly pay you to the method you input. Furthermore, I paid a fee for instant pay yet it did not show up in my checking account instantly which is the option I chose and paid for. Very disappointing that the options are misleading and also taking a fee for the instant payment without receiving the payment. I would call that theft of services by taking one’s money for a fee on the option of instant pay but not receiving the payment instantly. Also, I received a text stating the payment would be received within 48 hrs. Thats not instant pay… fix this problem please for that is very wrong to mislead someone that trusts in the website.

Made a transaction on 6th May and it's 2weeks now I have not received my money and massPay customer have not being helpful and not responding to my emails now. Where is my money MASSPAY?!!

I'm only marking it as 1 star here cause that's the lowest that Trustpilot would let me rate them. If there was -1000 here I would rate it as -1000. Yes negative people! Avoid this company at all cost. They are not dependable and there is almost 0 support by the way they answer your ticket. They always give you the run around to just wait not really answering you on where and when are you gonna get your money. It's been 4 days now and still I haven't gotten my money. The last answer they gave me is something like "they don't have an exact timeframe for when the issue will be resolved, but they will just notify me accordingly". Wtf!? So it could be now and forever. So people, learn from my lessons. If you have other options, go there and not here. The fees are high and they don't deliver, yes I've been using them before because I get my crypto payout almost instantly so I don't care about the fees, but after this incident and I've seen how support handle things by just giving you the run around. I'm out. Once you lose a customer, you lose them for life. I've documented everything for a small claims court lawsuit since they are a USA-based company.
