This is a disaster

This is a disaster! I can't get my money out.

They haven't given any explanation. The platform is just full of massive glitches. I spent 8 hours (!) chatting with the most incompetent support team in the world. Instead of providing any answers, they just marked the ticket as “resolved.” After 8 hours, still no solution.

I’ve now hired a lawyer to get this company to do its job! They charge exorbitant fees and do absolutely nothing in return! I will also have my lawyer notify the banking regulator and the police!

Inactivity fees

I wasn’t informed that i had money in my account yet i was informed when they charged me a $9.99 inactivity fee, i didn’t like that. If you’re going to charge fees have the decency to warn people about it
