Nike Air Force 2D
I ordered Nike Air Force 2D as a gift. I ordered to Ireland. The order arrived on time, as promised by the store. The sneakers are well made. Everything is done with high quality. but, the day before the delivery of the sneakers, the delivery company informed me that I had to pay another 88 euros for delivery from England. Naturally, this upset me, because the total cost of the sneakers was more than I thought. I didn’t know anything about the additional fee when ordering. This is upsetting.

Thank you for your review Yelyzaveta. Glad to hear you're happy with your customs! Sorry to hear that you were caught off guard with the customs charges. We do have it written on every product page on our website along with in our T&Cs that any orders placed from within Europe, outside of the UK may be susceptible to customs and duties charges depending on where they're from. We completely understand how frustrating this is, but as you can understand these fees are out of our control, we just try to make it as clear as possible that these fees may incur. Annoyingly the import duty cost varies from country to country, and that's why we cannot confirm how much these charges will be as a general amount.

Thanks for your review Robert! Glad you're happy with your customs. Apologies for the delay in getting them to you, as everything is crafted by hand there can sometimes be delays, but we do state on our website that our made to order customs can take up to 30 days to be created and sent out. That being said, we always try to get them sent out sooner! Unfortunately with your order we had a delay in getting hold of your base shoe from Nike, and that's why you received your order more towards the 30 day mark. Apologies man!
Worth every penny
Seriously awesome shoes. Worth every penny. The amount of effort and skill that has gone into painting these is incredible. The design process was easy to use and the email correspondence was quick, and the advice was great. The shoes were with me within a month from ordering, which I think is pretty damn fast. I really hope this company sticks around and prospers as I don’t know where else I would be able to go. Only a matter of time until I buy more!

Thanks for your review Joey. All base shoes used for our customs are sourced directly from Nike so are 100% authentic. We also haven't received any direct contact from you telling us you were unhappy with your order. Sorry that you feel this way, is there anything that's making you feel this way? Quality of craftsmanship / materials used? All our customs do go through a rigorous quality check before they’re shipped and if there’s ever an issue with the quality we will always rectify this. I absolutely loved the product!
I absolutely loved the product i received for my husbands birthday. With a lot of back and forth, and understanding from Matt, i was able to tell them exactly what i wanted and they did everything they could to make it happen. When i received the item within a few weeks of first contacting them, they were even better than what i had envisioned. They were able to provide me with a product that many other companies had said "no" to, and advised me on what would be best, with my budget in mind. They were able to create something, both me and husband loved. They are FANTASTIC! Highly recommend this company!

Thanks for your review Marko! Glad to hear you were happy with the final design. Apologies that you felt that the stitching was done poorly, but as all our customs are crafted by hand, there will sometimes be imperfections. But we do always quality check pairs before they're sent out!
Toy Story limited edition Adidas Gazelle.
I bought the Toy Story Adidas Gazelles and the are absolutely perfect. The detail is amazing and are they are exactly what I wanted. They are to wear at my engagement party. I lost my best friend a few years back and the Woody and Buzz link was one we shared. The trainers are for our friendship at my special night.

Superb
The guys were absolutely superb from start to finish. They were willing and able to mock up some designs, then make numerous amendments to those designs based on what I was requesting and nothing was too difficult for them. The trainers look superb and were delivered right on time. From start to finish everything has been spot on and I will be going back again for s pair of my own very soon 👍
