I've been a customer for about 23 years. The service has always been excellent and prompt. The team have resolved issues over the years and always been very helpful and supportive. In addition the reliability and steadfastness of the service has been reassuring to put my trust in.

Got to say, these guys are great at answering your questions. That is really important. I feel they have my back. Keep doing it!

Prompt replies, helpful customer service.
The only reason of 4 stars as they started the transfer without discussing and giving the option which records we would like to keep causing A minimal disruption.
Othewise I am happy.

Maxer support were fantastic - we had an issue with our Wordpress installation admin system redirecting in an infinite loop, so we reached out to the Maxer support team and they came straight back with a configuration for CloudFlare that fixed our issue and got us straight up and running. Excellent support and service :+1:

I have been with this firm for over a decade and they’re absolutely excellent. Personnel are very proficient always come back to you - on the phone if necessary and you never have to wait very long for them to sort an issue out. Not that there are many issues at all in the time we’ve been with them.

I have been with Maxer for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy with them. Whenever I have had to contact them, they always reply fast and with clear instructions if I have to do anything myself which I really appreciate since I often struggle to understand the technical side of websites. The FAQs on their website are also extremely clear and easy to follow. If I ever had a problem understanding something or doing something myself, they were always more than happy to help me.
